Helpful for storing team information
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to store process and procedures both in dedicated spaces and uploaded documents. Is much more efficient then trying to keep a manual updated from multiple people.
Great for referencing company wide documents and procedures.

Formatting pages cleanly can be tricky. Best way to work with formatting is to create common templates and utilize that format for all documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reference documents for the call center regarding internal processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the tutorials to learn how to better use the templates for the various page layouts. Implement Confluence company wide to insure maximum usage.

Confluence is a great place to centralize important documentation. You can build different spaces for different clients or topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor is a little klunky but it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence gives my company a central place to store helpful information. Without it, we would be relying on outdated documentation to try to educate new employees.
A new "wikipedia" at our workplace
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using confluence from past many years in our organization and I have seen the importance of Confluence. It is wikipedia in our organization and if we need anything to know about any application, Confluence is the only place to have the knowledge base. Its a library in our organization to have known all the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence sometimes act weird where it doesn't update the edits we do on page. This allows us to work with the Admins and look around for the issues that's happening to Confluence and if required raise a ticket against Atlassian. Also, the UI is little old and quite too simple.May be they can work on enhancements and add some new features and integrate with other tools too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized a lot of benefits with Confluence such as a good knowledge base of our organization. This helps a lot of new joiners to just browse through Confluence pages and get the insight of our organization/projects that are they going to work on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes i would recommend Confluence to others since its easy to use and you are the owner of "wikipedia" of your organization and you can have a very high visibility in your organization since it reaches C-suite

What do you like best about the product?
Searchable place for notes of all kinds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little cumbersome to get meeting notes started. Lots of things to click through and choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized place for our whole team to communicate. Devs, sales, leadership, etc.

I like the flexibility of this program. We use it to manage our documentation server. Its very straightforward and customizable

I don't have any dislikes. Its a great solid product

What do you like best about the product?
I love that teams can document work that they are doing in Confluence, so that any team can pick up where another left off. We also use it to document process in our organization, so that people just joining have a point of reference. It’s especially nice that you can generate dashboards based on data from Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page structure can feel stodgy. It’s sometimes difficult to find information by just searching for key words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to knowledge transfer seamlessly, as long as people document their work frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is great. It makes sharing content and information a breeze. Shared and personal spaces are great and can be nice to have multiple different teams collaborating together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching isn't very robust, and can be sometimes hard to track things down. Often, there is so much information, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides fantastic capabilities for collaboration and integration. Divided into spaces workflow very well, provides very nice access and rights management, various objects like images diagrams can be inserted. The best part is its integration with other attlassian products like JIRA and bitbucket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex for naive users to understand its features and capabilities at first. User interface customization can be increased for better understanding, like material ui. Formatting appears differently on different browsers in some cases.

Managing projects documentations and team collaboration and contribution on a project.

A must try solution, use it with other attlassian products like JIRA and bitbucket for enhanced functionalities.

It is really easy to store and view data and refer materials as and when required for internal uses.
I love the overall user interface as it seems really easy to use.
I have used Sharepoint based services (SBS) previously, however, this seems to be a really simple and great tool.
The provisions for others to comment, like and share the knowledge base with other members/resources makes this application really flexible.
There are additional provisions like Save for later, watch or share the articles through different mediums.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more add-ons or integrations within the tool like notifying users if there is a section update or so. Nothing personally I dislike up to now as its just been a month evaluating and using this tool.

It is really easy to view documents and materials for internal references or similar.
