Confluence Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the platform is to create your own wiki pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of strong structure each page has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of business benefits, Confluence provides a centralized location for hosting information and data for each team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great place to scale amongst teams to use as a centralized source of information. The formatting isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done, it also requires team to consistently maintain the information on the pages.
Confluence has been the number one source of file sharing and served its purpose awfully well
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and access. Very easy and simple to share and understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Files may sometimes get too convoluted. It would be great to have some sort of very structured categorizing option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency with file sharing and knowledge sharing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy, clean, and simple to use, but try not to create too many subfolders that will clutter
There is a room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
From personal experience,I rate Confluence as my favorite tool for collaboration within teams and effective project management.I like the mobile app. and this has made it easy to collaborate and assign tasks right from my mobile phone and even when I am out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be redesigned to make it less clogged and easier to find specific materials needed for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses Confluence for effective management of projects and of course team collaborations. With Confluence, I have access to every document and file needed to get me going at work daily.
Helps Everyone in an Organization
What do you like best about the product?
There are separate areas for each department to work within
What do you dislike about the product?
Other people can edit what you wrote which is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We put all procedures/how-to-do for everyone's position in Confluence. This way,m if someone is off for any time, we can look up how to do a certain part of their job and make sure it is done properly.
New to Team Colaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
In our work we keep track of projects and post were each team is and what is being worked on. Confluence allows us to pull it all together including our JIRA issues and makes them all searchable and available to all levels of leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only complaint is that I'm still early in the learning curve and not as efficient with the tool as I could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I kind of covered this in the first question.

Confluence is pretty solid
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is great for team collaboration and project management. It allows us to get organized in one place. We also really like the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much. It is a very good tool that allows us to use more forms of media than G suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and project management.
Perfect for Team
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined with Scrum Board and JIRA. Makes it very simple to connect all the different aspects in your scrum team. The confluence page is very easy to use and add all the links very easily and integrate with all the tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have options which a documents writing tool should have. Also the links are very difficult to maintain sometimes. Uploading docs files doesn't match format and creates issues when formatting it later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is very easy and can be tracked at any point of time. It is always available and the directory like structure make it very easy to be used by any type of employee rather be a developer or management.
Great
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use once you get a hang of it or have HTML/case knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow and stubborn. Not a. Lot of design freedom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to store knowledge and tips to help ensure the job is done at top quality
Isn't the most user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is one central repository for information. It is nice to have one system for it that isn't a shared drive on Google. You can also be notified when updates or changes are made to new or existing documents which is nice to have a way to be notified.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users, it can get pretty messy pretty fast in trying to navigate through documents. If you have a person that can create clear and easy ways to label and store documents it might not be a problem, but I have seen that when large amounts of documents and items start to get filed it can become cumbersome to find the material you are looking to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having a central repository to store all of our documents and give everyone access to the documents that have been created. We have noticed that we can share tribal knowledge a little more easily by putting our documents into one resource.
