Confluence works great.
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence gives me the ability to create anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I don't like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this whenever I am working on a new project to keep everyone informed.
Pretty good for housing internal documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good search function for finding all relevant docs to a topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have a better hierarchy structure for organizing sections and topics.

We are using this for all of our internal documentation related to our product, processes and policies.

I can add anything related to my projects and also create some space for any project related information

Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to edit the text or add custom spaces

The integration features with Jira are great in the same ecosystem

Not enough graphic tools for the product, would like to see more feature rich implementations

Great Tool for Knowledge Sharing & Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is very easy to use and train new users on. It has a very intuitive UI and offers a variety of templates to use when creating Wiki articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more templates to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a lot of knowledge silos, where only 1 or 2 people knew certain processes or technology. Now with Confluence, we were able to document those processes/technology and it has helped to spread the knowledge throughout the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that you can use long-term, Confluence is certainly the tool to use! They have done a great job with this tool and continue to improve the software.

Nothing, everything I need from confluence is possible to do.

It constantly freezes up

It freezes entirely too much, while cheating with team members

Industry Standard Collaboration Wiki Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Confluence's integration with Jira. It is great to be able to link Jira issues directly in confluence. Confluence is the industry standard tool for collaboration in a software space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can easily become a messy web of pages with a lot of good info, but hard to find the info you want. I wish there were templates to better organize the content that is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
wiki collaboration, documentation, research spikes. We document all of our team's work here and it provides a space to add more details than can be in Jira.
Best Content Repository
What do you like best about the product?
The hierarchy folder structure which helps to arrange project documents in tree like structure and version control is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's difficult to copy paste excel tables and needs to create table from scratch
