Effortless Document Sharing and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The application makes it simple to share information between departments and to locate and review new documents. I appreciate its user-friendly interface and the straightforward management of user access controls. Integration with our identity provider is also seamless and requires minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rovo AI still has a lot of room for improvement, as it frequently fails to clean up, organize, or enhance documents as expected. I would appreciate it if Rovo offered more features and greater capabilities, especially when it comes to assisting with document creation and making improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing between teams is straightforward, making it easy to find and view updates on various projects and teams. Requesting access to information from other teams is also a simple process.
Centralized Documentation Made Easy with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Confluence is easily accessible and allows me to create pages with ease. There are so many templates available which I can choose from based on what I need. Using the blank template, I can customize it to add whatever details I want and create a well-phrased document with links that I can share across pages. It provides an easy way to create and manage project documents related to architecture, working, and details that can be shared across the platform. I appreciate that Confluence is centralized and allows everyone from the team and business side to access it easily. We use the web UI version, and I've found the initial setup to be straightforward once the space is created. We can log in with the organization's credentials and share our thoughts in the required format pages.
What do you dislike about the product?

Central documentation repository for whole business
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence gives us a single place to document how we build and operate the product. It’s flexible enough for specs, SOPs, and decision logs, and the Jira integration keeps docs close to the actual work. It’s been especially useful for keeping engineering, product, and ops aligned as the team scales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s easy for things to get messy unless you already have strong standards. Page sprawl and inconsistent structure have made it harder to find things over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's basically solving documentation across the business. We keep all of our company docs, workflows, processes, etc. in Confluence. It's used by engineering, design, customer service, and ops teams today.
Well-Integrated, But Frustrating Editor Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the free user tier in Confluence that allows me and my small team to use it for free up until 10 users. This makes it a cost-effective choice for us. I also like how well it integrates with Jira, which we already use, making it logical to use Confluence as well. Additionally, the integration with Loom is quite handy for linking directly within Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor is absolutely god awful and very annoying, especially the new experience, which nobody asked for. Also, the initial setup of Confluence takes some effort and involves setting up settings, spaces, and page structures, which could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence for documentation and knowledge storage, which integrates well with Jira and Loom. It offers a free tier for small teams, but the editor can be quite annoying.
Essential Tool for Collaboration and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It help to collaborate and document the notes , along with prepare the documentation for a new release or launching a new service / product..
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike lack of in built project management software for managing small projects and we have to rely on plug in every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a team of project managers managing the product launches associated to a specific product portfolio.
We have defined project management templates in confluence for each project manager and we update it with necessary updates on weekly basis, along with that we flag risks and issues.
It also helps my manager and portfolio leader to have a holistic view of all the projects and the projects associated to a specific portfolio..

Seamless Integration with Jira Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Confluence for managing technical documents in projects, including steps for processes and design documents. I love that I can have documents integrated with Jira, and that it allows me to link documents with Jira, have tables, diagrams, and formatted text images. I enjoy managing documents as a library integrated with other systems like Slack, Jira, and Atlassian. The ability to see real-time Jira ticket status on Confluence pages, receive notifications, and speed up work significantly improves my productivity. The initial setup of Confluence was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the search results in Confluence could be improved because sometimes it's difficult to find the right document. It tends to show the recently updated items first and this can lead to finding duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence for managing technical documents with easy integration to Slack and Jira, enhancing productivity with real-time updates and notifications while also providing a searchable library for different teams.
Confluence fits best when teams need shared context, not just stored files
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has worked well for us as a place to document decisions, processes, and technical notes that evolve over time. We use it for sprint retrospectives, onboarding guides, and internal how to pages where comments and page history actually matter. The page versioning and inline comments make it easier to understand why changes were made, not just what changed. I also find the permission controls helpful when certain spaces need restricted access without creating separate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As content grows, pages can become cluttered if teams don't follow a clear structure. Search results sometimes surface outdated pages unless naming conventions are maintained carefully. Formatting complex layouts can also feel slower compared to modern editors, especially when working with large tables or embedded content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps us reduce repeated questions and scattered documentation across emails and chat tools. By keeping project notes, decisions, and guides in one place, onboarding new team members has become more consistent. We've seen fewer interruptions for basic questions and better alignment across teams, especially during cross functional projects where shared context is critical.
Seamless Jira Integration and Effortless Global Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
At Horizons, I have found that it addresses significant challenges related to documentation, cross-team alignment, version control, and global collaboration. The seamless integration with Jira is particularly helpful, as it allows project tracking and documentation to flow together naturally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its performance may lag when handling large or content-heavy projects. Additionally, managing permissions can become complicated in organizations with many spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses the issue of scattered information by bringing all documentation together in a single location. It also offers a dependable, searchable knowledge base for processes, KPIs, and project requirements.
Reliable for Office Work, Needs a UI Refresh
What do you like best about the product?
I love Confluence's outstanding stability and reliability, with almost zero downtime which means it doesn't impact my work if I urgently need to access a document. I also find the inbuilt search to be quite good. The initial setup of Confluence was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks a bit older now. Modern colors and theme could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence for documentation, high-level diagrams, solution docs, and meeting notes. It offers stability with almost zero downtime, ensuring I can access documents urgently. The search functionality is good enough.
