It works perfect as linking knownerrors and others with the ticketing tool JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like other kind of data management tools it is complicate to update the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking the information between the incident management process and the complexity of the items inside.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy data base to work as web of knowledge.
wiki made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The search engine is amazing, searching in pages, but also into documents uploaded to the software, such as pdf and word files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it is sometimes too simple... permissons on sites are sometimes hard to profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we've set a centralized documentation site where everybody can contribute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
give it a try. Basic instalation is right away, and you can start seegin what it offers without effort.

Best wiki there is
What do you like best about the product?
I was very skeptical when we decided to introduce Confluence to our project, but it turned out to be the best project tracker we've used!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a little complicated and the amount of emails with updates is just crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have multiple projects going, it's hard to keep track of all of them. Confluence is the easiest way to do that.
Confluence in IT
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool in our IT Technology department because is a great collaboration tool. We have divided the tool for departments and we create groups in order to give access to the employees to the section that they need to access for the information. We have a lot of manuals, videos, trainigs...Is the best Knowledge management Tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have a lot of information and you only have access in the section that you have permissions and if you need to access to a manual that you have the information, you need to request this permissions and you loose time in this action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the manuals and the information in a site that you can access where ever you are, you don't need to spend time in trainings and if you have a problem you can see the solution in confluence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a big knowledge management or great collaboration tool you need to use this
Great for those who use, and are comfortable with, JIRA. Confusing for buisness folks.
What do you like best about the product?
Attach me to JIRA and other integrations with tools like SLACK.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenging UI that is really made for for dev teams and others who writte in code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reference documentation related to accounts.
Confluence and Me
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user customizations make this app distinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I do not dislike any features of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity.
Overwhelming but necessary
What do you like best about the product?
collaboration is easy once your team is fully tained on the use and processes are optimized. everyone can stay in the know on company-wide initiatives but also check in on seemingly small updates or log some new idea. great for product documentation and product kickoffs, user stories, task delegation, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
the learning curve is high - incredibly high. pages, briefs, tickets, boards, stories... none of it is clear and their onboarding/tooltips leave a lot to be desired. advanced search is practically buried and search filters are non-existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
definitely getting the whole company lopped in on what product & dev are up to now that we're using confluence (used to be a complete mystery). we can easily associate metrics and timeline with initiatives and make sure prioritization is correct & informed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's basically an industry standard so you should probably get on board - just know the ramp up time is close to 6+ months if any teams larger than ~20 need to collaborate in here
Easy collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that you can tag users and action items after a meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Page trees are a bit combursome to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and shared space
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Good but the search could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The Overview Page, Ability to create different spaces, ability to comment on posts, updates that we see on regular basis. All of these makes it a really cool software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software still lacks a modern UI. Also, it should have a better Search feature. That's the major things!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having a really big organization which has lots of policy. Also, there are lot of procedures that we need to follow for a customer. Having confluence ready to go allows us to refer to all of the data that is there on the software. Also, to update it for all the users and let them know about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please consider using the software if you have a large amount of data / processes / policies to manage.
