What do you like best about the product?
It is a great program where everyone can collaborate their knowledge of their position so others can step in if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super user friendly, especially on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for people to write instructions of certain protocols that need to be held and accessible for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see faces and profiles next to names in case you don’t know everyone’s name yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate through all the documents. Especially if you don’t know where to look

What do you like best about the product?
a collaborative tool as it allows multiple users to create their own pages and share it. Easily accessible by other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
you cannot delete the pages you create
it hangs a lot and acts weird
not very consistent

Proper documentation software

What do you like best about the product?
The best of Confluence is the way to keep your documentation plus integration of extra tools to accommodate the pages to be more detailed, as you can for example add script code, attach files, mention or tag other users, leave some comments, import any doccument, specify references, also can be converted to official doc with word or pdf extensions which can be downloaded. Segregate the documentation onto Spaces, it helps separate the pages from different departments and restricted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I most deslike is the way to restrict the access for users as its never clear and had issues once we wanted to allow access on certain users. Other thing which didnt like was the email notification which seems like Spam. For Jira software what i dislike is the way to organize the tasks which can be messy if you are involved in different projects and the opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps to get your enterprise knowledge management system closer on your business and applications as it could be the main documentation reference within the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strong software which will help you to keep all documentation in a safe and structured place.
As definition says: an application that was built to the requirements of an enterprise knowledge management system, without losing the essential, powerful simplicity of the wiki in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, accessibility from anywhere, from desktop or mobile. The fact that it is a scalable system that grows together with your business. The pricing is affordable & you can choose also a minumim license to start with a small budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to connect folders that contain files as you can do in other software. The plug-in pricing system is linked to the number of available licenses and it is not possible to pay only for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing knowledge with all our contact centers worldwide. Thanks to Confluence, our operators can quickly respond to our customers' questions. All the necessary information is available in one place and is well organized and is searchable simply.

What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use the Confluence applications. The applications are compatible with each other and can be used simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website. The applications work correctly but sometimes the website is not active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me easy collaboration with my colleagues in aspects such as documentation when we work on creating a new project. Email notifications seem very important to me as they make the user aware of important situations. It simplifies the daily routine and is useful for a multitude of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to see the needed work announcements, and leave comments behind on what I think about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The work place needs to update the information, in order to keep up with the current work place standards

I realize that I am able to access the necessary info for reference, as a benefit. Problems solved on Confluence include navigating staff on corresponding work departments, and leaving feedback for a specific topic

What do you like best about the product?
we use confluence for landing pages for different customers. Rather than wait for the web design team to update pages, we control the content. We can update any time as needed. And, anyone on the team can make updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside to this. We can add links, attach documents, insert graphics; we can basically use this platform to provide all of the onboarding information that customers need. I also don't know of a peer platform that offers this same functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was updating landing pages. We had to send requests to web team, wait for them to review and them update. Instead, we can update our own content at our convenience. This allows us to keep the content updated, and allows us to quickly respond to customer feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please try it, You will be glad you did. It is very intuitive and has great functionality, and will help you take control of your messaging.
