Clean, effective design and layout of the wikis.

Not enough people using it, but that's a different issue entirely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-organization document storage and collaboration, it's made finding old decisions and information very easy for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate to other Atlassian software products. Having Confluence JIRA integrated made it super easy to organize project testing/production support with defects, incidents, along with all project related documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, great product, not much to dislike. Navigating through the webUI can be setup a little more efficient. It can be a little confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize different phases of a project into one platform

Great product, especially for technical project management

One place to hold all of our documentation, compared to per project sources, saved here and there

The search function needs work. It is incomplete.

Search is very difficult, and usually incomplete, especially when I know what I’m looking for exists.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't quite point out anything specific. I would say that sometimes updates made in Confluence pages don't always show up and thus gets a bit difficult to track changes and the timestamp of those changes.

Ok place to organize company knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
That each team can have their own page with info

Kind of hard to update systematically and remember updates (more versioning may be nice)
