Facilitate communication and teamwork.
What do you like best about the product?
Application to create meetings, insert tables, and create projects. It is an effective tool aimed at all types of companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when graphics cause some problems when creating a new project depending on the material you want to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize the work efficiently with a highly structured system and facilitate the search for information.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a very good documentation management tool. What I like the most is having all the information gathered and the possibility of creating documentation trees to make it more related and more easily accessible. Also, since they made the integration with Jira, it is much more useful to be able to relate Jira's issues with the documentation that is believed appropriate in confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
What I consider worse is when it comes to making diagrams, it gives you the possibility, but it has many shortcomings and it takes a lot to leave it fairly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for almost all my work experience for project documentation. It helps a lot to relate the documentation and you get great benefits of time by avoiding a lot of time transmitting knowledge to the members of your team

is very complete and helps you a lot to, for example, save the documentation and it will be very easy to reach. Really, a very interesting tool for the company.

Nothing, I really love this tool, I can't say anything bad about it.,

here we save the documentation of the software we develop, it's connected to jira and stash helping to have everything in only one place.

It gives you complete flexibility to develop your documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Precisely its advantage is the disadvantage: too much flexibility. If you are not very organized, it is very easy to get lost and scatter your content everywhere.

Confluence is great for collaboration and having a central location for projects, your notes and documentation. I can share with co workers, get feedback.

The sidebar for navigation, sometimes be difficult to navigate. In my opinion I expected a more intuitive application and would include some more visual options to make the work easier, but I do not have too many complaints either.

Confluence has become our main application for all documents. Instead of storing it externally or on external servers.
We can create tabs and label so we can relate to each other.
Very important the mobile application of Confluence to not miss anything, in this way we are aware of all the projects and we communicate with each other.

The markdown support, the tree structure, the way to duplicate documents and create templates

Algorithm documentation. A centralised place where we can have every algorithm explained

Maybe it is not the best too if you are looking for a easy way to manage processes and documents if your company is not big enough

The Confluence helps the development team with documentation of the systems and it is easy to use.

You can´t have two or more pages with the same name within the same name space even if they have different owners.
