A good tool to share knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing that Confluence has is the ease with which we can store all kinds of data and structure it on different pages. It is also very useful to include images, tables and more elements to make everything more visual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a good product but if I have to look for a defect, it would be the lack of customization. By this I mean that it allows to do many things but sometimes it is not too easy and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all, sharing information with colleagues with a kind of wiki. I think that in that aspect is very useful.
Good solid product that is not buggy
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy navigation through the program. When it does get difficult there is a search bar and limited to only what projects we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the menus can get over used.

Project management and organization.

People do use it with JIRA to communicate more detailed information.

It still suffers from the same issue as most documentation hubs. Not great at not becoming too be and overconsuming.

Understand how it’s mesnt to be used rather than porting old bad habits to a new system.

I like the idea of Confluence and the different amount of information that can be searched Great way to collab with other applications in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using confluence for about 6 months now and still do not find it user friendly. I am pretty good at figuring out sites rather quickly, but for some reason am still not getting a hang of confluence. I also do not like how once you subscribe to confluence emails you cannot unsubscribe

EHR and benefits is that it is a good way to colaborate with a big company

definitely see if the ease of use is something that your company would be able to get the hang of.

The best feature I like about the product is it captures the project notes and assigns tasks with ease also it helps in managing deadlines.

There is nothing in the product that I have come across that is not good

What do you like best about the product?
maintaining task with deadline and followup reminder settings. Intermittent automated reminders for followup and targets. Also team task road map can also be monitored and reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can be more friendly. The subordinates or non tech person find it bit complex. GUI interface can simplify in better way

Business meetings and target milestone along with managing calander

GUI and attractive interface would make it more interesting. feasibility to create dropdown fields may add value to user experience.

Lots of functionality to work with, if you can figure out how to navigate and set it up.

Admin privileges and access rights are hard to figure out. Continually lose track of where to find where certain subjects are stored.

Easy to use, great place to store information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get messy and overcrowded, sometimes it's difficult to find things but I wouldn't say there's too much I dislike other than maybe the page format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business I work with is split up into lots of different teams working on the same project, we use it to collate our work, data etc.
