Great way to keep everyone on the team updated

The ease at which things can be updated and notifications sent to team

Great product when your team is spread out across the country
Confluence is a potential Wikipedia for companies and their products, services and projects
What do you like best about the product?
Different kind of content to write: from meeting notes to blog post, requirements, etc.
Task assignation with deadline is very useful, integration with Jira with option to open tickets from there immediately is useful too.
The tool provide the possibility to build very self-explaining content, especially if you work with Digital Product and you want to present your product and improvements to the entire company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pages organization can be improved, it's a bit difficult have a quick view of the documents tree. Also search is not so much optimized, then it's a bit tricky find the right document with the Search feature or looking at the pages in the tree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings summaries were missing before Confluence, shared information with the entire company about product news, improvements and general updates around.

Map your spaces with your need and use those rules to have a standard content organization

search function is great for any items you search for.

The performance is not great sometimes.

Company Wiki and great for auditing.
Confluence, not just a wiki
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to edit, add comments, as to grant permission. If you have Jira and Jira Service desk services you can link task in Jira, or use a Confluence's space as the knowledge repository for the service desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not well-linked with Office's products. Sometimes you have to download a content instead of work online (es. Office 365 and Google Docs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you want to create all the requirement for a project, this is the best way to write down all the parts of the project and follow with just a click with a real task, that could be assigned to an agency, and follow with all the steps of the project. In other words: from the theory to the practice

I like how everyone can collaborate on the same page. Assigning task, with deadlines was very useful.

I didn't like the layout. It was not pleasing to work on.

Confluence is easy to use, and also very organized. It categorizes each issue into larger groups that make it easy to locate specific info

There’s so much information on some pages that it can be overwhelming

We solve live channels like chats and phone calls. It helps agent locate issues while being efficient
Concise and Concrete
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications to the team whenever we make any updates. Plus we can easily reorganize and post blogs whenever we have new roll-outs or updates. No limits whether we want to spice things up by adding GIFs or files which the team can download as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of practice to resort and reorganize pages though. But so far, so good!

Centralized knowledge base with quick updates and notifications to the team as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is great because every department can have all of their technical documentation handy in one area. The feedback tool makes it easy to create tickets where the documentation is lacking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is awful. You end up bookmarking and watching pages you need often because the search tool doesn't pull up anything useful when you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone on the same page at once. It's simple enough for.everyone to use and keeps everyone up to date with new procedures.

Could use a better search functionality with more filters.

Internal knowledge base. It's helpful to have one portal for everyone to access information. Is easy to use for collaborating on information sharing.
