Great way to host embedded videos and share information across business lines.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to host embedded proprietary videos and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit tricky when it comes to spaces, file lists and child pages. Navigation should be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of redesigning our website to host embedded videos we are able to share the information across business lines with single sign in through Confluence by creating a Wiki page.
Good way to share documentation with other users, be able to access it anywhere

Great projects, subprojects, share documentation, customization

Searching and filtering for documentation is confusing

All documentation is in one site

Not much really. It could be a little bit better with organization

Not having to ask around for help solving issues all the time
Great tool for my team
What do you like best about the product?
this great tool allows me to create a universe with any information I need and customize the feel and look just the way that make sense for my team. In the page I am able to insert directly any formats and tech such as Jira Tickets, Google docs, infografics, roadmaps and etc . It is like a one door to access all other tech my company is using
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside if Confluence is that it takes a lot of time to set it up and to keep it alive.

Confluence serves as a one place to keep all the companies's info in a great order. Great for team collaboration and knowledge management.
Easy to Use

I love that it's like editing a basic document.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to figure out how to develop a page tree.

It's great to put our resources out there for employees to have to field less questions.

Sharing files online with the team. Easy to post files.

Hard to keep track of all the files when there are a lot of them.

Sharing files among the team members. It's easy to create and post files so the team can view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great tool to share files with the team. Easy to create a file, post it and send the link to the team. But it's hard to keep track of the files. After we have a lot of files posted there, it's hard to find what you are looking for.

Difficult to move notes into new folders

Good for collaboration, has a learning curve
Confluence is a great organizational knowledge sharing tool

I love the easy, clean layout of the pages, with the ability to use formatting such as checkboxes and tagging colleagues on pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page tree is easy, but it can be hard to see how to easily move pages.

Internal knowledge sharing is a challenge for any org; Confluence has helped greatly with this.
Powerful wiki pages
What do you like best about the product?
It has the flexibility of being easy for a newbie while at the same being powerful for advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow and structure can overtime become complex and difficult to maimtain

Collaboration for large scale client opportunity responses becomes seamless across geographies.
Leaving Google Docs behind
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is replacing Google Docs for us and this is a huge step. It is easy to search for docs and share docs amongst everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence is a tad difficult to get up and running. I know there is a good reason for this, but it is difficult at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many documents in Google docs and it is so hard to find them all. We needed somewhere to put everything that was easy to search and find quickly.
