Good way of documentation
What do you like best about the product?
search all over the place, different sections, edit right away

Alot of documentation so difficult to search one particular thing

All the information is in one place, where everyone has access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to navigate through, I search things and there are never clear results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our troubleshooting guides on there/tech spec sheets for members/ benefits information. Everything pretty much.
Good place to keep track of post

I have access to the post or information I want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little disorganized. Information can sometimes be hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to keep track of opportunities for projects of other branches. I have now more information and post of other teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it right. Don’t put a lot of information or otherwise is gonna get too crowded.

The common spot and ease of use and how it ties to JIRA

Atlassian constantly is updating and changing configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A common repository to store docs and keep meeting minutes
Great software for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can upload their own projects and multiple people can work on them. Different types of projects can be uploaded and multiple types of files can be uploaded together. Also able to be integrated into other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recovering drafts of unsaved pages is not possible. The software is glitchy and does not have a very nice layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on projects with many collaborators around the world and Confluence has allowed us to easily work together and manage conference calls as well as multiple projects. Furthermore, everyone can see other projects that are going on at the same time.
Very user friendly

I like how easy it is for everyone to update. It doesn’t require coding knowledge unlike other websites
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the site sometimes looks too plain

Team collaboration mostly. We’ve been able to create how-tos to keep everyone in line with how the business wants to function

ease of integration with all atlassian tools like jira and bitbucket. you set up your sprint a task and connect the task to the confluence to the branch and finally to the realease

basically as a wiki tool it doesnt have anything more that other wikis, something extra. its ok

we need documentation so that when one person leaves the rest can know what happened. same for new employee hires

its ok and intergrates well with jira and bitbucket.
Confluence for calendars and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it really easy to create a calendar and schedule meetings for the whole team to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can’t change the colors for different events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence allowed me to export the online calendar I created into outlook for easy access.

The ability to easily search for and add information

Some of the page formatting is very limited, certain things I know I could do with HTML code I can’t do.

Information sharing across the company
It is very good project management tool to maintain all tasks in single place
