Confluence is a great tool to store and retrieve useful information.
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a great tool to store and retrieve useful information. One can upload or write attained knowledge on a particular subject and post on the confluence so that others who are authorized fo that piece of information can also read it and understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good tool with great capabilities. There was nothing that I disliked about Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used confluence to read and write useful project related topics/ information that helped me better understanding of the project and at the same time sharing my knowledge with others too.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I watched some tutorials, but it's all very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to use, it is very limiting and you can only do so much. I had trouble make my PDF file larger. I uploaded a PDF however I can only make it so big. I wish I can have the PDF to be shown much larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are making information available to people. confluence has allowed us to create a simple site.

there are plenty of tutorials, especially on youtube. USE THEM!

The layout and functionalities allow for clear content presentation.

The user documentation is insufficient. The initial learning curve is somewhat time-consuming.

Documentation platform. One-stop place for process documentations.

My favorite part of using confluence is how it easily ties in with other Atlassian tools like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I dislike. More plugins would be great.

Using confluence for team collaboration and communication, meeting notes, documentation.

I have used this product for close to 3 months. It is a revolutionary product and it has helped!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall ease of the product. It is extremely easy to use and it has helped my business to thrive and become bigger and better than I ever could have possibly imagined. I am extremely grateful for this product!

I didn’t dislike anything about this product. I thought the product was incredibly helpful. We had no issues with this at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has benefited greatly from the use of the product. We have had several issues in the past using similar products. This was the first product I feel like had a huge impact on our business. I honestly believe that this product is extremely revolutionary. I am grateful for this product, immensely!

One central place for team collabration
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best team collaboration tool that i used and it helps me to manage different activities and also helps the team to look at the information real time and its pretty much simple like web pages..
What do you dislike about the product?
Since i have been using this since last few months not found anything that i dislike at this point of time, would definetly post if i find anything in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is really helping us to solve the communincation gap with the distributed teams and helps us to manage the project better and efficiently, As every one in the team has access to the pages and they can set alrets if any changes happen is a good feature.

This is a good colabrative tool which is very good for teams across distributed locations to communincate and collabrate and implement activites across different phases.
It is very easy to use, once the admin provides user access, its pretty much launching the URL and sign in and you would be on conflunece.
You will be able to start posting information and tag all of the users who need to be informed of the activites.
It also has a feature called watch and if you opt for that on any page, then when ever there are changes you will be intimated through email.
It is also a place where you can place questions to the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to tag other employees, in addition to suggested articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature can be difficult in Confluence when trying to find a specfic page of notes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing for event organization, meeting notes, and best practice sharing.

flexibility seems to be good. it is set up well by our IT

nothing really, some of it seems too firm for edit but not a deal breaker
