A central hub for documentation and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it super easy to create, organize, and collaborate on documentation in real-time. The integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools is seamless, which makes it perfect for Agile workflows. I also love the rich editing features, templates, and version history that help keep content structured and traceable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky, especially when navigating large spaces or searching across multiple pages. Performance can be slow with large documents, and the permission settings can be confusing for new users. It could use better analytics or page engagement tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps my team centralize documentation, ensuring everyone has access to up-to-date information. It replaces scattered docs in Google Drive or emails with structured, version-controlled content. It's also great for cross-functional collaboration between devs, QA, and product teams. This leads to better knowledge sharing, reduced onboarding time, and fewer communication gaps.

Making Knowledge Management Simple with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Confluence is how it centralizes all project documentation and team knowledge in one place. Its collaborative editing, powerful search, and seamless integration with Jira make it easy to keep everyone aligned. I also appreciate the flexibility of its templates, which help standardize processes while still allowing customization for different teams.
Additionally, I’ve found Confluence to be easy to implement across our organization, with minimal onboarding required for new users. Their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. I use Confluence frequently, as it has become an essential tool for daily collaboration and project tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Confluence is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, and some features—like advanced formatting or permissions management—require extra steps that slow things down. It can also be resource-heavy, which makes loading large pages or spaces slower than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered documentation by providing a single source of truth for all project-related knowledge. Instead of relying on multiple tools or buried chat threads, I can easily find technical specs, design documents, and meeting notes in one place. This saves me time, reduces miscommunication, and makes collaboration with my team much more efficient.

Efficient Ticket Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
As a previous Environment Manager overseeing multiple platforms ecosystems Confluence became my central hub for operational clarity. I particularly valued its ability to link to Jira tickets and organize documentation in a searchable format on each page. This was a key feature for smooth collaboration across the QA space and wider business making the ease of use a key reason to use Confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Confluence can become cluttered quickly if spaces aren't well governed with mostly free will to make your own space per team. When a lot of edits are made by large companies edit history can cause some confusion. Which may be resolved by some automation features using current ease of integration in the system to support this manual overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helped solve major pain points where so much information needs to be stored about all the systems i used before leaving my last role. It has become the single source of truth for who used it. For someone who was managing a lot of systems across the company this has been very useful and helped a lot of people. Confluence elevated my ability to lead. It helped me make faster more informed decisions, reduce deployment risks and saved time otherwise spent chasing doen updates or fixing misaligned timelines. It allowed me to demonstrate strategic value.
