One repository, few good templates for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of templates are add ons which costs extra money

Easy Collaboration with entire team and a great space to ask questions and receive advice
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most intuitive to search, but this could be the way my company has structured it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence allows for multiple “sites” to be nested under one organization making it easy to organize knowledge.

The integration of the different features such as JIRA and Service Desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching and querying is not always consistent and problematic when identifying reported issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence for documentation and a knowledge repository.

I like how Confluence is used to be a reference amongst the company. I also like the different macros you can use to customize the pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a little outdated and editing could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great reference.

Confluence is easy to use but could use some improvements

Easy user interface; easy to edit and update fields, add content, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have Confluence linked to your email, notifications are non-existent when someone updates a field or adds new content.

It is a simple tool and extremely easy to use.

Confluence can be a bit confusing when you begin to use it.

We are using it as a PM tool. It easily allows us to track and update projects.

I love how easy it is to search for content & create your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t enough flexibility with formatting, it also isn’t the easiest to navigate for new users. The dashboard could use improvement.

Data management
Confluence allows for incredible sharing of large amounts of information

Easy to log in and easy to upload large quantities of data

A bit cumbersome at times and somewhat sterile of a layout.

Keeping a library of training docs and shared information to make all teams stronger.
Confluence is a great way to browse through work-related websites and pages

Easy navigation, easy to find different links

Too slow sometimes and it takes a little getting used to

It's easier to find important links
Customizable, content and team communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like it much better than file sharing platforms for team communication and collaboration. It is way easier than sifting through files and is a proper company database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team had to work very hard and long to make the platform most visually appealing. More design templates would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s is a catch all to find any resources we need to do our jobs well. Works well as a training resource and for communicating across departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended with the whole suite of Atlassian products. They work very well together.
