This is a great tool to communicate with many people across many topics, but can be over-complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like that information can be divided by topic/department/project to keep it organized. I like that calendars and documents can be embedded and that comments can be added to any page. I also like that you can only follow the pages that pertain to you with alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that this tool can easily grow out of control if the layout isn't planned carefully in advance. It is also a bit overwhelming to get used to until you're trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to work remotely with a team of people on a joint project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend some time navigating and clicking around in there prior to setting up projects or sharing to other people.

its easy to share information within the company, everyone can add the information and make the information accessable for everyone else

the surface of the tool has not a very nice design and its not the easiest to handle, could be improved by making easier

getting information for the customer support if i cant remember something i need the very same moment

What do you like best about the product?
I'd like the most the ease of use of the application and easily found the library you've searching for in our team, easily to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd dislike the most sometimes it unformatted some construction of the paragraph and there's no searching buttons for you to search some topic you needed for .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solving our business problems in terms of solving technical problems by searching the topics we needed for like in terms of deployment. We used this to creating a technical documentation in terms what application we deploy, taking notes of the programs issues and what next need to do, what our team collaborate we also put in there, by adding a title and description.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This makes your organization makes ease of deployment by document all the things within your organization, troubleshooting both hardware, software, deployments.
Good tool to create pages
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the Good tool to create pages and store information. I have been using this since last 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools doesn’t handle smart when multiple users are editing and saving the same page

We use at our work for various tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows us to view tracked changes from different projects. This is great when two teams are collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t feel too robust to me. There’s no way to track progress, it feels more of a way to just check notes across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking team incentives as well as tracking notes should someone else need to access them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep it simple. We also use Jira which is effective when tracking dev tickets.
Customizable but confusing
What do you like best about the product?
You can load and customize the layout and docu.ents put on there. All your resources are in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too customizable. It's disorganized currently for us and doesn't have a clear pathway

My experience with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
As a web application, Confluence provides to a company to sort out and keep up its learning documents and scholarly assets in a single and safe place. Confluence gives a profitable apparatus to an association to track and bolster change administration and learning progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence offers a lot of gadgets to redo the look and substance, the instrument do not have an especially vigorous HTML manager, which can be hard for control clients who need to arrange the format of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence enables our company to prepare documentation or tutorials on how to utilize programming for academic purposes and also particular projects, forms, companies, customers, and so on inside the more prominent grounds group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great tool for team collaboration, you can use it up to 100 users and you have to pay only dollars.
Great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence was so helpful for team collaboration. Before we were using Excel documents and sharing them via email and it was challenging to keep versioning up to date. After transitioning document sharing and control was easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents can be hard to find sometimes, especially if it's stored on an individual page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation versioning and shared storage. The team became more organized and we spent less time looking for the most up to date versions of documents.
Team collaboration at one place!
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps to improve your team/company collaboration. It’s simple, easy to use, and puts all your document management at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the plugins could be easy integrated in confluence out of the box. Having the need to purchase them, makes it a bit expensive.

Transparency, business/customer interaction and collaboration
