What do you like best about the product?
1. Very easy to use! Easily customizable for each department to create a space within your organization.
2. Keeps different team up-to-date, understand what each department is doing
3. Extremely easy to search for specific items
4. Provides an audit log of all changes/edits to specific documents. Easily able to restore to those edits

What do you dislike about the product?
1. First time using the product can be a little unclear (like any new tool). The more you use the tool, the more information, capabilities, and features you realize it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Primarily use Confluence for creating product MVPs, PRDs, etc - great to share with our engr. team to scope.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Confluence to store all of our work flows and it’s perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for Confluence is a little cluncky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to store work flows is nice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a great product to House all documents.
Expensive yet worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Like the document versioning, collaborations from the team as it allows us to input inline comments, details and other details for our projects with compromising version controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some contect the images/graphs is not being inline or misplacing once tjhe project details has been created howevery it can be fix by editing again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app helps us for keeping pur project updated and keen in project details with version controls that help us to miximize our time.

This is worth your money

I like how it can be formatted to include tables, files, and other attachments that can be easily accessible to others
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the pages are hard to find especially when there’s a lot to sift through. There should be an easier search feature to get a better picture of the search results

Confluence lets the company have all its information in an easy to use application. This allows employees to know where to look first before having to ask others for help.

In the beginning it wasn't very intuitive, maybe because it is different from what I've used in the past

Collaboration between teams and projects
Great for technical group collab who needs seamless linkage to JIRA
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that it could be seamlessly linked to Confluence page. If you need to draw diagram a lot or write a lot of codes with a team member, this is the tool for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not too intuitive and their UI/UX design could be improved. Doesn't support a lot of marketing needs such as presentation. Two users couldn't edit the page simultaneously, would crash the content.

An internal collaboration platform (ECM) where people can collaborate, share documents, and archive documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend for technical teams, not so for Marketing/Communications team.

What do you like best about the product?
to be able to add information on the go - acts as a blackboard to keep all information at hand
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the changes are not merged when more than 1 person is updating at the same time

We are using it to replace traditional requirement documents

Pretty good on-line document collaboration software, really comes into its own if you also use jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit clunky, not too keen on the new UI. Reports sometimes dont load.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is content collaboration software that changes how modern teams work. It has a Knowledge base to easily publish, organize, and access information in one central location so one can help their customers help themselves. It also has Team documentation feature which makes it a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are dislikes using Confluence for collaborative knowledge management and documentation. It has EXCESSIVE ACCESS RESTRICTIONS, MULTIPLE USERS SHARING ONE ACCOUNT, Cant DISABLING THE COMMENTS FEATURE, NEGLECTING CONFLUENCE UPDATES AND PERFORMANCE and PUTTING EVERYTHING ON ONE PAGE. I wish the cost of the license was less so that more users could be added to the platform free of cost. Other softwares like Jira have a cheaper license and many users can use the software to collaborate and track project management board along with issue management with tickets, epics and integration with repositories like github and email support.

Great tool for collaboration and having all information present at one place for easy access for customers and users.

Confluence is a better tool and more suited to the needs. Very happy with the features in the product. Would 100% recommend to others
