What do you like best about the product?
We could collaborate across departments easily

It required java and it uses a large amount of resources on its server

JIRA confluence is the best team collaboration tool for all the projects.

Bridge between the team members... helps in recognize if everyone is on the same page of project work.

It's bit complicated for beginners to understand.

Lots of companies these days are using a JIRA Confluence as their team collaboration tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to navigate within the tool and categorize documents by topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing the docs gets a little finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We house all of our internal resources on Confluence. So anytime someone needs to learn more about a process, we go straight to Confluence to look up information!

I like how user friendly the interface is.

I dislike how sometimes the new pages can get placed out of order

The program solves the problem of everyone not being on the same page. This is an easy solution to keep everyone up to date.

I love that we can all share documents and communicate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve., but once you get the hang of building it can be a very useful tool.

We're able to provide documentation to one another in a clear and predictable manner which is easy to use.

Easy Collaboration with entire team and a great space to ask questions and receive advice

Not the most intuitive to search, but this could be the way my company has structured it

Confluence allows for multiple “sites” to be nested under one organization making it easy to organize knowledge.

The integration of the different features such as JIRA and Service Desk.

Searching and querying is not always consistent and problematic when identifying reported issues.

We use Confluence for documentation and a knowledge repository.

I like how Confluence is used to be a reference amongst the company. I also like the different macros you can use to customize the pages.

It seems a little outdated and editing could be more user-friendly.
