Good tool to create pages
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the Good tool to create pages and store information. I have been using this since last 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools doesn’t handle smart when multiple users are editing and saving the same page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use at our work for various tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows us to view tracked changes from different projects. This is great when two teams are collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t feel too robust to me. There’s no way to track progress, it feels more of a way to just check notes across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking team incentives as well as tracking notes should someone else need to access them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep it simple. We also use Jira which is effective when tracking dev tickets.
Customizable but confusing

You can load and customize the layout and docu.ents put on there. All your resources are in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too customizable. It's disorganized currently for us and doesn't have a clear pathway

My experience with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
As a web application, Confluence provides to a company to sort out and keep up its learning documents and scholarly assets in a single and safe place. Confluence gives a profitable apparatus to an association to track and bolster change administration and learning progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence offers a lot of gadgets to redo the look and substance, the instrument do not have an especially vigorous HTML manager, which can be hard for control clients who need to arrange the format of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence enables our company to prepare documentation or tutorials on how to utilize programming for academic purposes and also particular projects, forms, companies, customers, and so on inside the more prominent grounds group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great tool for team collaboration, you can use it up to 100 users and you have to pay only dollars.
Great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence was so helpful for team collaboration. Before we were using Excel documents and sharing them via email and it was challenging to keep versioning up to date. After transitioning document sharing and control was easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents can be hard to find sometimes, especially if it's stored on an individual page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation versioning and shared storage. The team became more organized and we spent less time looking for the most up to date versions of documents.
Team collaboration at one place!
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps to improve your team/company collaboration. It’s simple, easy to use, and puts all your document management at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the plugins could be easy integrated in confluence out of the box. Having the need to purchase them, makes it a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, business/customer interaction and collaboration

Check the tier price of a plugin before you try it.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of Confluence. It's convenient that all our teams use it so it holds a lot of team and product information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to navigate and it's not very nice to look at either. Every time I try to search for something, I can't quite find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's where we hold a lot of our product documentation as well as team info.
Very outdated and clunky.

Ability to store information between departments. Supposed to help you update from team to team and also share info across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very ease to search. Very cumbersome to add links and very easy to mess up a page. I think it would be a lot easier to go ahead and build out an intranet page and use html.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information across company and departments. I personally do not find this software beneficial. I wish my company chose another product instead of this one.

Just create an intranet page rather than using this....
Confluence for engineering
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Confluence together with Jira for documenting / reporting / tracking projects
What do you dislike about the product?
interface looks a bit old , the performnace of the tool is only average .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since it is so well integrated with Jira ,
we Use Confluence to build a summery page for each project , give high level view to the project status .

Didn't see any progress in Confluence for the past few months , not sure if its heading in the right direction.
Confluence is the Wiki of any business!
What do you like best about the product?
The beautiful thing about Confluence is how easy it is to navigate. Between the different pages/tabs that can be set up and utilized, it is the go-to site for all information!
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall presentation can be a bit daunting, at first, and I think that balances the ease of setting each page/tab up. But nothing a few minutes worth of training can't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep our entire company/team on the same page!
