extremely easy for the users and also for the company to organize spaces and information

Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that When I joined the company and came on board, Confluence gave me a detailed context and description of the projects my team was working at. I also liked I also got an insight into how the team worked too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be better and more glitch free. Sometimes it takes forever to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the document commenting feature especially the most. Moreover, the fact that it has the integration with Jira is what I like as well. I did not like the format to the commenting boxes though.

Confluence is content collaboration software that changes how modern teams work

It is not free. There cannot be two pages with the same title within the same namespace

the ability to coordinate multiple developers across multiple products is the best feature of this product

the length of time needed to master all of it is a problem

check it out and give it a whirl and you will probably like this thing
Great tool for organizing documentaitons
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, there is an 'overview' page under all of the spaces. Also you can easily view and access all the subpages under the main page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets confusing navigating between spaces so I wish it would be easier to search for specific pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managements and QA management. Great tool to have all of the documentations in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy place to create and edit anything you want to track. Great for walkthroughs, product requirements, and any detailed info you want to store.

UI seems somewhat outdated. Takes some time for non technical users to learn.

Tracking product requirements and timelines around them.

User friendly, decent layout, and multifunctional platform for end users.

The "notify watchers" checkbox seems to be be checked as default, but I do not want multiple emails sent out if I plan on making small changes.

Team collaboration and up to date status on projects and software releases
Does what it sets out to do well. Not a application development environment like Sharepoint
What do you like best about the product?
Simple wiki interface, easy to learn and use. Templates provided and additional plugins help enhance the experience. Hosted application means no need to worry about server maintenance/ patching etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "dislike" - you can't build applications (even lite ones) like you can do with SharePoint. No workflow. Per user pricing is probably not the best - esp. when there are lot of occasional users and a few regular users

Collaboration among team members and knowledge sharing has improved a lot with the deployment of confluence. There has been significant reduction in sending of content/ artifacts via email and file share tools

Use it if you are looking for a dead simple content management/ collaboration tool

What do you dislike about the product?
1- Administration of Confluence in Windows environment could be a bit quirky since it is a JVM service
2- Searching by labels every now and then had a delay which required a manual re-indexing

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence impact and benefit in my opinion is maximized when it is used along with other Atlassian's product such as Jira, HipChat, Bitbucket and etc.
