What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Easy to collaborate. We have been using this product for sharing technical documentation

What do you like best about the product?
The light feel to it. It doubles up as a web portal and doc store and thank you for not looking like a WINDOWS explorer

It doesnt have a mobile app that I can use to stay updated on the go

What do you like best about the product?
The product is pretty easy to use with collobration tools. It helps our users in findiding data quickly. Our internal and external users are pretty happy with the product. However the customer service can be better. The product is reliable and works seamlessely

Bad customer service, heavy license fees, not now good reviews or use cases

it is best used for an information resource center in one spot

sometimes i find it challenging to search for pages - you need exact wording most of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the knowledge sharing challenge by having the topics easily searched and updated here for everyone to reference

I LOVE the product. The way you can store entire projects worth of documentation is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The file storage solution isn't great, though I understand that's not what Confluence is for.

Across several teams, we've created a central repository for documentation so that anybody can see our policies and standards.

Confluence has powerful search capabilities that allow our company to build a good knowledge base

Because it is so unstructured, we sometimes end up with 4-5 resource areas with similar names that contain similar information. Governance of information is hard

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has a good UI that any newbie would be able to get their hands on without much difficulty

The Adding filters option (while creating a table) has so many options that it gets confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has made the best use of confluence by creating pages with detailed information for every process, and categorizing them as sub pages under a main page; making it very easy for new employees to read through and understand
