What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Confluence is the way it effortlessly consolidates all of our team's knowledge into a single, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate space. Creating pages, structuring documentation, and keeping information up to date is straightforward, eliminating the usual hassle of dealing with scattered files. It's interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to create pages, organize content, and collaborate with teammates—even for those who are new to the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been a great help to me, addressing several challenges I previously faced, such as keeping information organized, breaking down silos between teams, and ensuring everyone remains aligned. Thanks to it, I no longer have to search through countless emails, scattered documents, or chat messages, as everything is now centralized in one place. This makes it much easier to find, update, and share information.
Intuitive, Efficient, and Essential for Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
There are several aspects of Confluence that I really appreciate. First, I find it very intuitive to use, which makes working with it enjoyable. I especially like how easy it is to organize and manage large documents using the various tools available within Confluence. This platform allows me to create documents much more quickly. Another feature I value is that Confluence is cloud-based, so I don’t have to worry about constantly saving my work—everything is saved automatically. Additionally, there are numerous widgets, tools, and helpful tips within Confluence that make it simple to share documents with a large number of people. Preparing documents is incredibly straightforward, and I genuinely enjoy using Confluence. Personally, I use it daily for several hours, and it has become an essential part of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't much to comment on. However, one aspect I dislike is how difficult it is to insert a link. I have to manually add anchor links to connect different pieces of content, which can be quite tedious. So, the need to use anchor links manually is definitely something I find frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Confluence addresses a key challenge for me by making it easy to create content and share it with my teammates. Sharing a link is simple, and it integrates well with other tools. For example, we use Jira for project tracking, and we can directly paste the link to a Confluence document into a Jira ticket. This creates a connected ecosystem, allowing documents to be linked directly to specific tickets. As a result, it becomes much easier for developers to access the relevant documentation and work on their tasks efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel slow with bigger pages, and formatting gets messy when content is copied in. Navigation also gets a bit crowded as spaces grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team a single source of truth. Everything stays organized, onboarding becomes easier, and we waste less time hunting for information.
