What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Confluence is how it helps keep all our team’s information in one place. It’s easy to create and share documents, and everyone can work on the same page at the same time. I also like how it connects with Jira, so we can link our tasks directly to the documents we’re working on. The templates are helpful for things like meeting notes or project plans, and the version history lets us go back and see who changed what. Overall, it makes working together and staying organized much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Confluence is that it can be hard to navigate, especially when there are a lot of pages and spaces. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the exact page looking for unless you remember the title or where it’s located. The formatting options also feel limited compared to other tools like Notion or Google Docs, which offer more flexibility in design and layout. Managing permissions can get confusing too, especially when you have many users and need to control who can see or edit specific pages. Lastly, it can be a bit slow at times, especially when loading large pages or when many people are using it at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps solve the problem of scattered information and poor team communication by giving everyone a central place to store and access important documents. Before using Confluence, it was easy for things like meeting notes, project plans, and technical documentation to get lost in emails or different folders. Now, everything is organized in one place, and anyone on the team can find what they need quickly. It also makes collaboration easier because multiple people can edit and comment on pages in real time. This has saved me time, improved team coordination, and made it easier to keep track of updates and decisions.

Streamlined Collaboration and Documentation with Confluence – A Game Changer for Team Productivity

  • July 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Confluence makes it to create and organize content—it’s super helpful for keeping all our team docs in one place. The real-time editing and seamless integration with tools like Jira are a big plus, especially when working on projects together. It’s great for collaboration and keeping everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, it can get a bit messy if you don’t stay on top of organizing your pages. Sometimes it’s hard to find stuff if things aren’t labeled properly. Also, setting up permissions can be a little confusing at first, and it tends to slow down a bit when you're working with really large pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps us solve the chaos of scattered information. Instead of digging through emails, Slack messages, or random folders to find what we need, everything’s in one central place. It’s super helpful for documenting processes, sharing updates, and collaborating on ideas—especially when working with remote teammates. It saves us time, keeps everyone aligned.

Best repository for a Knowledge and documentation storage purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is best used along with the JIRA and Bitbucket as we are using currently in our organisation. We keep all our documentation and changes we made to a BOT/Software we are building along with the knowledge for future reference in the Confluence spaces.

There are many inbuilt apps that can be connected to the portal to make your life easier and makes your much easier. I usually don't need to swipe to different tabs for a collaboration work.

The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Each tabs are cleanly specified and level based for each interactions.

Apps are easy to implement and no need to open a separate applications on the system to download the data and re open it in the different apps.

Even whenever I feel lost I just ping the SPOC for our organisation from the confluence side and they alway on point with the issues we are facing.

The whole developers along with the interns use this application every day as we keep updating the BOT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say it's just that it's hard to manage the administrator access to different users. When we remove certain access to a user, it takes a bit of time to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whatever we develop and update in JIRA we keep that documentation over the Confluence and it's my job to make sure it's always in the hands reach for anyone who needs it for future reference.

Everything in One Space

  • July 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything can be stored in one space when working on internal content, external, projects with other teams or design.
I like the features where you can create whiteboards and flow charts to assist when planning a project. The ability to link in the analytics team when we need to submit requests for data, or report any bugs in the system has improved communication and fix times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything in particular that I don't like about Confluence. It'd be cool to be able to customize it more. More color choices besides light mode and dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's improved fix times and getting analytics reports done faster. Communications across departments working on projects together has improved. Integration from our current platform was pretty easy with Enterprise standardizations being implemented into the company and our documentation.

Best Knowledge base tool can be used by teams of any size

  • July 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is that centralizes all documentation and makes collaboration extremely efficient. It’s very easy to structure content using pages and spaces, and I appreciate how well it integrates with tools like Jira. For example, I can document an API, link it to related tickets, and even track the progress of feature development all in one place. The version history, inline comments, and permission control also make it ideal for both knowledge sharing and process transparency within engineering teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothing about confluence which i dislike .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered, inconsistent, or outdated documentation by providing a centralized, structured platform for teams to collaborate. It helps maintain clear communication across development, QA, and support teams by acting as a single source of truth.
