What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it SO easy for me to write and share articles about our products with my team and my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI occasionally feels a bit dated and takes some getting used to. Because it is a browser-based editor, if you have two of the same windows open at the same time (as I often accidentally do), you can lose all of your progress my accidentally closing one before the other. This is frustrating as I have previously lost hours worth of work. It's a user error, I admit, but an automatic drafting feature would be beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence as a Help Center for my customers, a training manual for new employees, a library for business analysts, and a haven for our developers to construct and test rules. Confluence helps me keep everything we need-to-know together and easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a great tool on its own, but is a rockstar when pair with Jira Service Desk an Jira Software. Project management and customer support becomes a breeze when the three are used in harmony.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaborative features for our documentations, specifically the ability to comment and mention users. As of recently they even added ability to see other users typing while in edit mode, much like in Google Documents. I also like that it seamlessly integrates with Jira, which we use for development tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
They just recently changed the UI for the sidepanel and navigation, and I much prefer the older design. The search bar especially needs a lot of work.
