They had a recent UI update and it's pretty universally hated (who moves a search bar to the left hand side?!?), but other than that it's great software and works really well.

Endless Stream of Information, Hard to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our teams have a place to update information and that everyone has access to the most updated versions of processes that are written up, guidelines, and archive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is a bit hard and taxing to navigate. There are so many tabs and links in the left panel that is a bit confusing on where to go to get the exact info I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place where employees can update the information and everyone has access to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you do a trial or test it out first to see if it's going to be the best experience for you and your team. It can be confusing to navigate, but it is also a good platform for keeping the latest and most updated versions of documents in one space. I like the face that I get emailed with updates from the groups that I follow. This makes it easy to stay on top of processes that may be getting updated without constantly having to check back in. It's definitely not a tool that I use on a day to day basis, but it's nice to have there to reference whenever I need an answer to a question or updated guidelines.

What do you like best about the product?
easy user interface: it is very intuitive and simple to use. A couple of clicks, and you are done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is possibly oversimplified: sometimes I like to have more customizing options based on the needs of my task and project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solid, for easy management for programmatic essentials
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a solid program that allows you to get basic tasks done expediently and with great results. If you want more customization or more authority/autonomy over variances, make sure your administrator levels up the program as I think you have more autonomy. In summary, it's possible but just not on the version we had.
