Confluence review - great tool for documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very easy to link it with Jira. I easily assign confluence pages to the jira tickets I create and they sync up very well. I also like its collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Confluence could improve by adding more navigational features like Notion. To easily navigate between different pages when we have tons of pages under one space.

It allows me to store everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, Confluence has become an essential part of my daily workflow. It’s more than just a documentation tool — it’s a central hub for collaboration, planning, and knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the number of pages grows, it can get a bit overwhelming to manage content sprawl. Better page organization and discovery tools would go a long way in helping teams keep things tidy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real-time editing, version control, and powerful templates save me hours every week and help maintain clarity across the team. Whether I'm onboarding a new teammate or aligning on quarterly goals, Confluence ensures the information is always up-to-date and accessible.

I love how easy it's to use and how it lets you manage the different spaces

it's no very user friendly when it comes to managing permissions

The UI is really great. It allows you to immerse yourself in whatever you're doing. What I love best is the data/representation format support

Sometimes, it can be a bit hard to locate the right menu you are looking for.

A very well-thought out documentation product that just works.
My Experience with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
Basically I use this product to manage our Sprint Release details or notes and its just excellent when it comes to utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very frequent inclusion of new feature, software should have stablity with all existing features.

It is helpful to in Sprint Release and documenting important details

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI and integration with JIRA. Its like editing a word document.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an enterprise approved document portal at our organization. Great tool for storing all documents and easily accessible with multiple mode of integrations between various enterprise tools like Jira, TestRail etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any disadvantages of using confluence

Documentation and storing notes for everyday work related activities which easily integrates with Jira.

I am able to reference jira tickets directly inside my Confluence pages to create auto-updates and syncs with teams to keep our work together.

It is good tool to collaborate and share data organisation wide but not very user friendly.

1. Confluence allows you to create material to share in your team or org wide as per your requirement.
2. It is accessible to everyone who has the access for that particular board.

What do you dislike about the product?
The editing of data is not at all user friendly. When takes time to tag people by copying and pasting from here and there. The icons used for the formatting are not very clear for new users and they need time to understand them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence can serve as a calendar and guiding tool which a large number of people can refer at the same time to be on the same page about changes or directions to be given when large number of people are to be communicated. Like tracking release cycles, sprint dates, finding team member SPOCS,etc.
