Confluence Review

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence keeps everything organized and accessible resulting in no more lost notes. Easy Jira integration makes project tracking feel seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding specific info can sometimes feel like digging through a haystack.
When multiple people jump in at once, things can get a bit chaotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence keeps everything in one place so teams aren’t digging through endless docs and emails. Helps everyone stay on the same page so projects move forward smoothly and serving as the single source of truth.

Best collaborative documentation tool

  • June 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is very easy to use and implement. It revolves around the idea of being a wiki, which promotes users from creating and editing content on the platform. It encourages users to work collaboratively, and being open, but does have all the permission and security control one would need.

There is also a very active community with 3rd party apps to add additional features and functionalities to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence, especially the Confluence Cloud, can be difficult to customize its look and feel. If you want to make Confluence look like something other than a documentation platform, you would often need to rely on 3rd party apps to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is our documentation platform. Both technical and non-technical teams create and maintain their documentation using Confluence, rather than sending copies of PDF or Word doc in emails everywhere. This helps to keep a single, up to date copy of important documentation with version control.

sometimes it makes us to confused, we put every detail of our information, every announcements about the new project. we are the highest user in the company I created a confluence by myself more than 10 time and when I started the job confluence seems to me too much info too much unnecessary document that I need. maybe you can put a reminder to the owner of the page like hey check out this page if it is still valid keep it or not please archived it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
find every document in one place
files are organized
easily write and publishing methods and sharing methods are very nice like link and the all google jira the other tools that we are using are connected. We can present the presentations on the confluence pages which makes easy to reach out another documents

Great for Documentation, but Has Room to Improve

  • June 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes cross-team collabration seamless, I Love how easy it is to create, format and organize pages, especially with templates. The integration with Jra helps our dev and product teams stay aligned with their goals.

Clean and user friendly interface,
integration with Jira and other atlassian and APIs
Templates for meeting notes, documentation, etc
Powerful search functionality
Page version history and comments, mentions
What do you dislike about the product?
While confluence is powerful, it sometimes struggles with performance in spaces with lots of content. Also, managing permissions across multiple spaces can get trickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence to maintain product documentation, onboarding guides and meeting notes in all projects. it's become our single source of truth, which has dramatically reduced silos and improved team efficiency.

Centralizing documentation,
Improving transparency and knowledge sharing
Reducing silos between departments

The best database for your company processes

  • May 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest way to share all your information with your colleagues. You can access everything you need on a daily basis.

It is as easy to modify as any other wiki. It includes many different integrations to different platforms, including the Google Suite, and the support team is available to assist with any implementation issues and even provide solutions you might need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could have more modern features at some point, but at this point this is only a nice-to-have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to corporate information, both for me to know and, as a team leader, to share with other areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a great place to store information iin an organized way. I use it often with my teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ammount of spaces possble can feel overwhelming. Also teams don't always look here initially due to how vast it can feel depending on the company size so I think integrations into things like email or jira could be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need a place to store information
