the page category and types and the interface is interactive

interface is confusing and the preview is less appealing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the layout of confluence. Every department can have their own space to publish documents that are relevant to their teams. When used properly an entire organization/company can collaborate and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that it can be a challenge at times to find useful information. This is manily due to the execution of the user and not confluence. People can post random or not relevant documents and creates challenges when trying to find the best resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a customer Success Manager our strength comes from a overall knowledge of our company. When we can quickly find information to support our customers it strengthens our strategic partnerships. Confluence is a great tool to learn about updates to each team within our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for the entire organization to share updates, collaborate, and effectively stay on the same page.

Very simple design, well made for developers

Not as complex as Slack, not as many pre-built features, UI is bland

Easy communication across teams, easy integration to other Atlassian products such as Jira

I love all the integrations with Atlassian products

Hate/Love how little customization you can do to the layout -but it keeps it clean.

My devs collaborate across 3 or 4 tools, Confluence keeps stories and versions in one place.

Easy to customize, easy to navigate and a tool I use throughout the day, every work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be an abyss of information but ultimately that is up to the company/client to manage and refine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence as a source of information for our business, kind of like an internal wiki application. Anything you need to know can be looked up, it's great.

We can create and maintain almost everything in confluence related to development and testing of a prpject

A very good app to keep record of your projects.

the easily way you can organize your docs of your projects.

You cant have a "right click menu" on the panel...

We got many projects on going and we use Confluence to compile all docs and info associated to each one of them,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be very helpfull a few things:
1- You definitely have to impruve de "right click" on mouse men, this way i would be more easy to move around the pages amd sub-pages on a doc.
2- The integratión with JIRA its great, but i didnt know of that feature unless my co worker got me notice about it, you should have a some kind of " newsletter" with the features of integrated tools.
3- I would be healpfull if you have a few VIDEO TUTORIALS on the app like a "F.A.Q.", beacuse if you forget how to do something, you just could browse this tutorial or F.A.Q. sectión to find out what youre looking for.
