What do you dislike about the product?
While confluence is powerful, it sometimes struggles with performance in spaces with lots of content. Also, managing permissions across multiple spaces can get trickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence to maintain product documentation, onboarding guides and meeting notes in all projects. it's become our single source of truth, which has dramatically reduced silos and improved team efficiency.
Centralizing documentation,
Improving transparency and knowledge sharing

It was the bridge for Customer support and Engineering
Solid product. Does what is intended. Helps keep teams on the same page.

Ease of use. Seems accessible from any device. Reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I can think of is that there are alternative, open source options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence provides a (mostly) frictionless environment to capture, retain, and update documentation.
The best database for your company processes
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest way to share all your information with your colleagues. You can access everything you need on a daily basis.
It is as easy to modify as any other wiki. It includes many different integrations to different platforms, including the Google Suite, and the support team is available to assist with any implementation issues and even provide solutions you might need.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could have more modern features at some point, but at this point this is only a nice-to-have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to corporate information, both for me to know and, as a team leader, to share with other areas.
Great Repository for Information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a great place to store information iin an organized way. I use it often with my teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ammount of spaces possble can feel overwhelming. Also teams don't always look here initially due to how vast it can feel depending on the company size so I think integrations into things like email or jira could be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s our one stop solution for documentation and requirements analysis. We also use it a lot for internal reviews and reports
Best place to store your documents
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Confluence is how easily you can get started with writing documents.
It supports Rich Text Formatting, is easy to integrate with Slack, and you can organize your documents in a folder as well.
I have been using Confluence regularly to create documents for my team.
It is very easy to implement, and all you need is an account to log in, which will automatically enroll you in the free version.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Imagine storing all the documentation of the infrastructure components of your organization in a shared drive etc. The problem with this approach is that you have to open these documents in a separate editor like word etc. and then you will not be notified about the changes in the versions of this file.
Confluence eliminates this requirement.
You can write your documentation and it supports versioning and notifies the owner about the changes made by others.
It also allows to add images, code, tables etc. in the documentation.

A useful way to work in a team
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its excellent integration with all Atlassian products. Given a task in Jira, creating a page in Confluence to detail information is very useful in daily work. Furthermore,
What do you dislike about the product?
It's somewhat slow and starting seems somewhat difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical documentation is something very important and, at the same time, very difficult to manage if it doesn't have a good structure and everything is not in one place. With Confluence, you can have the documentation just as you need it.
