Good internal documents and project sharing plateforme
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, document creation is intuitive and relevant to keep all the company or a specific group of employees at the same page

Sharing options, limited text formating capabilities

Sharing important information and have unified content with a good internal search engine to easily navigate

Good AI to find documents, but could do with some improvements to the language generated

Lacking the wider interaction and task planning. Additionally, file storage and sharepoint access is limited

Ease of use, of implementation, great for customer support team to use on a daily basis, offering many features which could provide a time-saving solution others wouldn't
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other solution, it could be made to be more user-friendly as sometimes, creating tasks/folders, sharing settings and other aspects could be confusing to setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access for projects follow-up or even team meetings summary notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient tool for storing all project-related documents, versioning history, vast possibilites of text modifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
With complex projects it's hard to navigate between files, especially nested ones. Search can help with that, but it's not convenient to use

I used it mostly to cover technical debt, describe project-specific guides and tutorials, which were used by me and my colleagues.

its real-time collaborative editing FUNCTIONALITY with description based on nature and level of the workspaces

its page organization can become cumbersome as the number of spaces and pages grows

Confluence tackles disorganized information and inefficient teamwork by providing a central, structured platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing
Confluence Keeps It all together
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makesour team's collaboration seamless, like it’s so easy to create, organize and share docs in one central hub while connecting useful links to project task and Jira tickets, high-level flows from draw.io, slack messages and channels for easy productivity. The templates are a lifesaver for quick project kickoffs. You don't have to crack your head or worry about how to get that document started. Super important tool for creating an intranet or an organizational knowledge base system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't point out what is wrong with confluence. It was well thought out and built to spec.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our documentation problem with versioning and cross team collaboration. No sharing many doc links and loosing them in the process. Now everything’s organized by team and project, which saves so much time and increases accessibility on the go.

Extensively utilized Jira and Confluence, which are exceptional tools that have significantly enhanced my productivity and collaboration. These platforms have been instrumental in streamlining workflows, managing tasks efficiently, and facilitating communication among team members, making them unparalleled in their utility. Both Jira and Confluence have been integral in organizing projects, ensuring clarity and accountability across various processes. Their comprehensive features and user-friendly interfaces contribute to their status as essential tools in successfully executing project management strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities, like calendar, are not part of the standard licence model.

What do you like best about the product?
Started using Confluence recently and so far the tool has been really effective and easy to use.
The tool has helped project management easier and also has been really helpful to share, create and manage knowledge in a very centralized location. It definitely helps enhance productivity and streamlined communication is a stand out ability.
Confluence was used while I had to take up a training which had a lot of knowledge to share and this app was a go to for documenting the whole process and to collaborate on various projects.
The app helped me create and access detailed knowledge base and share the information with other team members.
I was able to customise my workspace using the varities of templates and macros and it has helped me fit my needs.
One of the best features would be how the users can edit and modify the documents simultaneously to make sure the team members are one the same page.
Would definitely recommend for better project management.

The software interface could be slightly challenging for some users initially.

The app has been really helpful for documenting all the required knowledge under one base make it easier for me to fetch the required documents.
