What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about Confluence is the fact that it is so easy to use, considering that it has a vast amount of templates for different documents and projects. This makes it easier to begin any project or work on any document because a lot of people struggle with starting. I also love the fact that it makes it easier to collaborate because of being cloud-based. We can collaborate as a team in real time and if we are working on a project, it helps a lot to have everyone on the same page in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me long to figure out how to group similar documents within Confluence but I eventually figured it out and got the help I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has helped the team mainly with document management, projects, and collaboration. Previously, everything was scattered and it was really difficult to search and find information within the organization, but with Confluence, it is quite easy to manage the knowledge base and have a centralized repository for all documents.
An amazong documentation & tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is light on browser, offers amazing collaboration and has great integration with the Gsuite. Literally can do all that just using my phone and not depend on ram intensive vloated softwares like MS Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial use cases and setup should be more guided, when you start working you are not able to understand the use. Better defined use case guide
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for writing and publishing PRDs. Moreover sharing integration documents and developing different use case guides

We have created our Product repositories on Confluence. It serves as a good knowledge base for the company. It also has good integration with Jira
A good workspace where you can share your ideas with your teammates or colleagues.

It can let you categorise the topics which you want to show in a particular manner. It helps in good productivity.

Sometimes we can face some challenges regarding it's network issues and slowness apart from that it is very useful in team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a project specific knowledge, confluence is one of the best thing where you can document your overall structure of the business. Some projects may some techniques or technical errors which is not very conventional one. So, that technical knowledge can be documented in confluence. So, every person can refer the identical issues from confluence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation and Search are the most confusing aspects of confluence. Often documents get lost in the navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COnfluence is a great tool to manage content and share with teammates. It also provides multiple integrations like Jira, Whiteboard, Slack, and Figma. All an all a must-have application in IT Industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful product management software- as a new onboarding employee I used confluence to navigate my way around the company policies and departmental training. Its easy for large documentation to be stored and organized due to its UI/UX design. Overall, my experience has been very positive with confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing files into Confluence is quite a frustrating process. While I know its for security reasons- its a pain to only upload documents in pdf format rather than word. It adds an additional step to the process and increases anxiety of user

Helps me navigate and find my way through piles and piles of documents- thus saving my time

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the most usable web software in software engineering field. We can maintain our technical documents, Sprint records, deliverable records, or any type of document creation and maintiance is easy in confluence.
I like the best in confluence is its data arrangements and feature of attached media data like videos and images.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the thing it in that when we have a page of someone who already published it and when we edit the page and the page have the media related data like videos, then in edit mode we can not open the videos or images, because if we want to add remarks related to the video, we use edit mode and we need to again open video to see in it then the videos are not open.It create problems for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to maintain our documents for online use and access, also the working teams are used it to access the documents for their usage,We can check our sprints reports, delivery reports,retros data and team performance documents, so it helps in every field of digital media.

What do you like best about the product?
simplicity, you can create and manage a page, made a mistake? editing is easily done and you can also view the previous versions of the page you created once you've edited it.
There are also plugins made for it on Slack to keep people updated on what pages have been created and what pages have been edited.
It is very easily integrated into Slack as well since you only need to contact the bot and have them integrate themselves into your company's profile.
Confluence is used by us at our company every day 24/7 as it is our knowledge base.

the search function sometimes can be inaccurate.

Confluence benefits us as a company due to limitless pages that we can create containing all the information we need to add, also, it solves the issues of having separate websites for knowledge sources.
