Confluence is easy to use, setup and customisable, making it very flexible and suits content management for products/ services of all types. It also integrates with Jira making it a good solution for software management projects using Jira.

Manintaing documentation for a product/ service for end users and developers. Confluence made it easy to setup dedicated pages for each end user type and publish content seamlessly alongside reviews.

Efficient Knowledge Management and Collaboration Tool

  • October 30, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it incredibly easy to manage and organize information across teams, enabling centralized knowledge sharing. The best part is the rich text editing and formatting capabilities, which allow for well-structured, visually appealing pages. I also appreciate the integration with Jira, making it seamless to link documentation with project tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence can feel cluttered at times, especially with a large volume of pages and spaces, making it challenging to locate older documents. The search functionality, while helpful, could be more intuitive, especially for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of information silos by providing a single, accessible platform for documentation. This has significantly reduced the time spent on searching for information and minimized repetitive communication, as everything is stored and easily accessible.
