Fantabulous for easily collaborate as a team to manage project.
Terrific for integration with Jira for project lifecycle management.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Confluence is we can create difference spaces and different pages to work with the team. We can keep all the projects, current assignment, budget, meeting notes and all other information in these spaces and also share with the team or company.
There are also options to create space for ourselves, where even we can make our project or other doc private before making it public.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the speed of the tool is bit slow and they also ask for addition cost of using few features, rest all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the data at one place and working with the team/colleague/company together is a hussle. Confluence is the locker room for all kind of information which you want to save and work together, it is so easy to track the progress of task and get it done along with other individuals. It helps in avoiding the confusion by showing clear picture of the task or project, one can easily undentify any blocker and align team to work on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence was really easy to use. It was really user-friendly. From all of the companies that I've been with comparing confluence to the tools that I've used before, I can say that I didn't struggle using it because it was easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, It was really easy to navigate, unlike other tools, you have to be very careful with the words that you will use to search. Unlike with this tool, it was really easy to use. It will provide article results that is connected with the article that you are searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The processess and policies, it is like our bible. Everything that I needed is on it. From the steps needed to be done to being guide as to what to do. The tool is really something that I use everyday to my work and really helped me in order for me to perform my job efficiently.
Easy to organize and store corporate documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to create spaces for many different teams and keeping things well organized. I use Confluence on a daily basis for everything that's documentation within my team, and seeing documentation from others. There are also a ton of integrations, for example with Miro, Gitlab, etc. that allow easy sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure, I feel the interface could be more visually appealing, but that's just a very personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the information and documentation from our business into a single place.

Perfect for collaboration. Difficult for newbies
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is pretty much intuitive if you have experience with building KDBs. It has a lot of integrations/connections with several popular apps and services which is very helpful.
The implementation in itself is easy to be honest, but well done and a lot of hand holding from YouTube or online forums.

What do you dislike about the product?
if you are inexperience, you are gonna start building it but then you're gonna learn about accesses, editing priviledges, groups and a lot of settings that will be quite challenging in the long road.
I wish you could have a more direct channel with customer support, it's all email and their working hours are quite opposite to those here in the western hemisphere.
