Confluence: In depth Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides a user friendly interface which makes easy for group members to collaborate on document. User can create edit delete and share the documentation with the team.
Implementation of Confluence is very easy due to cloud base deployment. Admin can setup new workspace, add permissions and integrate it with the Jira and bitbucket.

What do you dislike about the product?
User may face poor customer support due to very highly active users along the worldwide, As the frequency of user is very high it may affect the customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence provides a platform where Admin can create workspace, edit, delete and share with the co-workers, this makes sure the every users is up-to date with the information.
We can integrate project management tools like Jira, bitbucket which smoothens the process.

Best tool to maintain the knowledge base articles
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation and search features provide us with a much satisfied and complete use case to maintain and produce the KB articles across the organisation and internally as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grouping option is sometimes a mess and to organize the documentation as per the required groups is not upto the mark.It needs a good amount of time and few hits and misses to completely understand the feature and do it as per the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we as a group tend to use it a collaboration tool, knowledge base management and documentation management.

Easy to document , store information related to multiple tickets , tasks , stories and features easily , easy to use and implement , easy to integrate with other apps , multiple formats of data supported and can store a vide variety of data across multiple atlassian products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expecting more integrations in the coming days and more tutorials with improved customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding usage of multiple excel sheets , google sheets and maintaining multiple information records here and there , with confluence i can manage all at once using it as a knowledge base and integrate across multiple atlassian products.

What do you like best about the product?
I use confluence to create pages automatically with new product introductions. It's API is super helpful and easy to use, and I have been able to streamline a good number of annoying repetitive tasks using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the folder structure could be easier to manage. I don't love how hard it can be to find something.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that multiple team members can work on th same document at the same time to share information and ideas I like most about this software. The pre designed templates for various categories such as meeting notes, work plans, etc. make task easier as we donot have to start from scratch for every work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which makes confluence complex to use is less awareness of abundance of features available inside the software. Employees need knowledge training before starting to work with software to avoid any type misconception and confusion during the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is vastly solving time management issue while documenting and finding the relevant information in need of time. It gives professional platform for team members to collaborate effeciently and makes changes in the document which is visible to all the team members, hence enhance clarity between the team. It not only helps team member to collaborate but also keep stakeholder inform with the project progress. This is how Confluence is solving problem of collaboration between teams and also between teams and higher authorities.

For beginners, it is a bit difficult to use the confluence.

It solves the problem of managing all the documentation in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the best practice templates which come with Confluence. This brings consistency to our information documentation process, by allowing us establish a pre- defined structure for managing all types of content, whether it is for project management, notes for meetings or technical documentation for operations.
Also, I find its interface very easy on the eye, making it convenient to navigate across pages without issues , review documentations and manage the history of my documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Search on Confluence is very slow. Due to the inability to search for the same knowledge base content , using a single keyword. Also, search time is too slow for me, especially when the page suddenly becomes unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is used within my organization to manage important day on day documentations. It basically enable us centralise documentations , leading to improved information collaboration across departments.

1. Probably the fact that sometimes the status of the page is not super clear, and can create confusion in big orgs with higher visibility.

Sp far didn't see any downside of it. It is easily usable.

We have several areas in our project, and there is tons of information that we need everyone to be able to access based on their roles. Confluence provides this functionality very effectively.
