Perfect for collaboration. Difficult for newbies
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is pretty much intuitive if you have experience with building KDBs. It has a lot of integrations/connections with several popular apps and services which is very helpful.
The implementation in itself is easy to be honest, but well done and a lot of hand holding from YouTube or online forums.

What do you dislike about the product?
if you are inexperience, you are gonna start building it but then you're gonna learn about accesses, editing priviledges, groups and a lot of settings that will be quite challenging in the long road.
I wish you could have a more direct channel with customer support, it's all email and their working hours are quite opposite to those here in the western hemisphere.

Streamlining Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the best place to have all the project-related documentation in one place. East to use and implement and can be directly linked to Jira and other Atlassian products.

I don't see if anyone can dislike confluence, it is useful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My first use of Confluence is to keep a neat document and then shared it with the team and it provides various options by creating folders, connect jira tickets and different templates are available.

It's easy to build, track, version and follow your services roadmap

Could do with some more app integration, especially AI

Easy to keep everything in one place. I am using it everyday and can find everything at a deop of a hat. Lots of ability to customize.

Sometimes its hard to find other peoples work

Confluence allows cross collaboration across various internal and external teams. It's a key resource!

The UI is very basic, it would benefit from some UX improvements.

The Best Project Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best tool for Project Collaboration and management. Nowadays, almost all companies are switching to confluence, therefore a must have tool in your toolkit. It integrates many other tools such a lucid chart, google sheet, etc. It offers a central workspace for users and creates visibility in the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey and difficult to be used by small corporates. We find it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for project management and collaboration. I can upload different documents for different projects and work on them collaboratively in the same place, tag people and organise my work.
Confluence - Great tool for information sharing.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent application for document sharing within organizations, and its user-friendly interface makes it easy to use. We utilize it for information sharing, and the version control feature is particularly useful, allowing us to track changes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two issues I've encountered with Confluence are the limitations on customization, which prevent me from making any adjustments, and the restricted offline access.

It has enhanced our collaboration by enabling us to share documents with updates, allowing for seamless communication across the organization globally.
