The place where you always look for documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is one of the Atlision serives you need to create any specifie accout to manage your documentation
Documenations can of any thing
you can create number of pages as progress with your jira ticket and best thing is it directly intrigeted with the Jira tickting tool and your bitbucket
and if you consider the editing part of single it quite faster and convinent to use for all sort of documentations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike in that that
But some time it annoying if you dont arrange your documentations it bit difficult to get the proper documentations
and one thing i dint like is its search engin, the search engin is not that optimized to give the exact results when you are searching for perticullare documant by filtering it with the text

Mainly it solves the documenations part of our project ...source of truth i can say

It should be clear and concise documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easy to use for everyone. Write now new user feels difficulties.

Confluence: an easy documentation solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplistic and easy to navigate UI, which theme changing options alongs with its capability to be linked with other atlassian solutions like jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike the most about confluence is it's directory structure for listing down the documents. It's not very organised and easy to look around unlike other documentation options like clickup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence basically for listing down important points, listing and documenting the steps and procedures to do operations so that they can be referred in future.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Atlassian tool I loved how it integrates with Jira. It's a perfect match.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to be honest althought it would be great if it had an infinite canvas like Miro or Freefrom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all our KB articles, issue tracker and any other live document that requires collaboration.

Confluence works like a bible . You can never go wrong if you follow Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is cool with confluence only thing is there is some documents that is like codescending . For example : With DOB changes with profile updates it wont ask for front and back but if we look at verification we can just ask for the front of the id .

Email Changes , and Fileing disputes . It helps us on how to better explain things with cx

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Confluence as its core is a pretty simple concept. A corporate wiki that is built for the purpose of collaboration. I like that it has a lot of templates and design features to make it customizable to your field and desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant really think of anything I dont like about confluence. Maybe if it was a bit easier to share. Its not hard, but that part gave me hiccups sometimes because it is pretty secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for HR tasks and mainly onboarding new employees. It was a go-to and a guide for new hires. I would send them a copy, and tell them to checkmark things as they finished tasks to help them stay on track with their learning and HR onboarding.

it is a very helpful platform where you can work with your collegues together on ideas, projects, etc. It's very collaborative and there are Dynamic pages as well which is great.

there is nothing that i dislike at the moment.

a place where you can organize content into meaningful categories. there are different folders where you can store your work. great for collaboration on projects, or giving information etc

It gives a scope to maintain the project development documents. we can share the documents to anyone on te organisation and anyone in the organisation can view the document . Multiple people can work on the document who has the access.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very difficult to find the proper document what i need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing the platform to create , maintain and share the documents within the organisation. we in the team maintaning all type of documents like - code of the application , resourse team doc for different teams with their FTE percentage etc.
