What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for internal knowledgebase and documentation. Great variety of integrating other tools and applications within confluence. Especially using it with Jira and other native Atlassian products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing can be laggy if the page itself accumulates a lot of content. Some QoL updates would be great. Example: Commenting on URL links or hyperlinked text makes it impossible to click on the text to see the comment as it will redirect you (need to use the see comments on page function). Another one which is quite annoying is clicking a hyperlink or link on a confluence page will redirect that page instead of "open in new tab", even if the URL link is another confluence page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documentation and knowledge base. Keeping track of updates, changes regarding product and processes. Also, note taking for projects and collaborations with teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence helps me find all the information related to projects, and I will be able to access the pages created for MOM. It is easy to put in necessary comments in the information pages added. It can be used as story updates and dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about confluence. However the sort and find options are not that user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining information shared by HR in the meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is best when it comes to the documentation, and organization of the project. It helps in collaborating work with the whole team in a very structured and sophisticated manner. It is a remote-friendly workspace that every organization would like to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about confluence. It is easy and great. The clustering of documents could be improved- could be made more accessible and distinguishable. Otherwise, it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of work collaboration and management. It helps my team to organize the ideas and further structure and document it properly where it is easily accessible to everyone on the team.
Since our organization has Atlassian which has Jira, Confluence, etc. under it, it becomes easy to jump from one to another seamlessly.

Best software for documentation of project.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Confluence is that we can create documents for any project on the web and collaborate easily within the organization. Knowledge can be shared easily with another team in an organization. Anyone who wants to know about any project can quickly go through the Confluence Pages created for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to Confluence. Sometimes I face problems when formatting the tables I created on the Confluence Page. Confluence can improve the search engine, as it is sometimes difficult to search the document in Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is always required to document everything when working on different projects. So Confluence is solving the problem of writing everything about the projects like requirements, implementation, development and release, in one place. Everyone within the team can view and collaborate in it and share knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about confluence is eyecatching and easy to use interface. Even 12 years old can go through it without being confused. I have used other knowledge bases systems like AURA,OMEGA but confluence tops them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I get trouble with is that you may not always get what you've been searching for. This may just be a bad implementation by my company but that's the only issue I have faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is our news and knowledge database which works as a library for our internal process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and create documentation into different "spaces" and subsets within those spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the creation space of Confluence to be a bit confusing and not as user-friendly as it could be. The editing and creation of articles seem to take more steps than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal knowledge base. It benefits us to have one space that all teams can create documentation in to share with the broader audience outside of their immediate team.

Great documentation management / knowledge base system

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use platform for recording knowledge / information and all kinds of documentation for your company, projects, processes, and all else.

It's easy to use, fast, aesthetic, and provides a wide range of shortcuts beginning with slashes (e.g., /code for a code block, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't get a lot of analytics on who's looking at your docs, and also the auto-suggestions at the bottom of a page to other related pages are sometimes weak.

These are fairly minor; I think there is a lot more to like than to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence allows me to provide a knowledge base for my team and others in the community on forms, processes, procedures, how-to's, and all kinds of things. I take delight in making an organised space that leads people to the information they need. I like to make Confluence pages with all the things I wish I knew when I started in the business, and had to find out all by myself.

Some tips I have - if you have a page with sub-pages, use a "children pages" control to act effectively as a table of contents. And, of course, have a table of contents on your pages with information. Group pages in a logical way. Use tags cleverly to help people find things. Don't store passwords in Confluence (of course!), but do provide helpful information on why projects exist, where source code is, design decisions, how to use things, how to administer things, how people should set up their computer, where they go for help, etc. etc.

Simplify team collaboration, organization development and asset documentation with Confluence Suite

What do you like best about the product?
I am absolutely in love with the ease of use of Confluence. It makes collaboration easy and intuitive, and keeps information secure and organized. The integration with Jira is a big plus; being able to track tasks in one platform without duplicating or re-entering data saves time that can be used elsewhere! I also appreciate the ease of use - multiple tutorials available when needed, a visually appealing design that makes it easy to navigate the site structure and menus are also top-notch features. Overall, Confluence is an impressive product that I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is Confluence's lack of a more tangible, visible and measurable presence when incorporating social media into marketing strategies. I'm also disappointed by the limited coverage of the content creation organization, which is needed to improve the quality of products, but is not optimally supported by the features and functions of this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of keeping everyone informed and eliminating miscommunication. The direct benefit for me is increased productivity, as I can easily connect with different companies and services to create an efficient workflow.
