Wonderful app for documenting
What do you like best about the product?
We are best using confluence for adding documentation etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I like everything about this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, connecting with Jira tickets on the fly
A great colloborative space for you and oyur team
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is great for us as a team to keep important updates, account plans, and process in a central place that allows colloboration, ensuring we maintain good version control and a searchable library of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the design is a little old now, its clear and offers great tools, but i feel the UI could use a refresh to make it feel more current and give it an additional wow factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work on account plans across all teams in the business ensuring we have a single place for updates. We also utilise it for meeting notes to ensure we keep track of actions and are accountable for next steps.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pages are increasing with time which makes it challenging to manage.
Changes are not reflected in real-time.
Changes are not reflected in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is very helpful for sharing and organizing new content.
Powerful, but could be more cutting edge
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about Confluence, given the multiple ways it provides collaboration within and across teams. I feel like it is the best known wiki to use for companies growing out of the tiny and small stage, who require more shared documentation and features beyond what google drive can do (which isn't much).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great with images or visuals in general. Can get very cluttered like you're going in a door that leads to a door that leads to another door (since the page within a page is the basic structure). Worst part about Confluence is that permissions can get out of hand, users write something and then come and go, and so now you've got a big mess of documentation and everyone who wrote anything are deactivated users. It would be great if, similar to other available wikis on the market, it tried to incorporate more of the visual and flexibility, as well force (via email or notification) sections to have a owner that is actually active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize information through organizing documentation of processes and procedures. Of course it helps to have these things written down and shared so that especially for remote workers, we know what is the "right" thing to do.
Internal Source of Truth
What do you like best about the product?
ability to creat personal spaces, streamline process updates or rollouts, collaborate on projects prior to public viewing and internal organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major downsides or frustrating pieces of confluence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
company wide education for both external and internal knowledge, streamlined collaboration for a remote based company, allows for privacy while projects are still works in progress
Useful, but very corporative and lacking functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice range of customization of the text itself on the documentation that lack on other competitors like clickup and notion (for example using any color you want)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as straightforward to edit as its competitors. You always have to click a button to get into edit mode and it's not clear how it handle more than one user editing at the same time. Also sharing documentation with people outside the company is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using for documentation of the project and the company. It's useful for that and it's better than just some random docs lying around, but it definitely lack.

Confluence is a great site to put our projects' knowledgebase and with just one click, the information is already made available by the team.

Great Dev Ops and Customer Based repository
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for both staff creating documentation and those reading the documentation. it also links directly with our JIRA Support and Dev to help employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the extra templates are unnecessary and in your face
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has solved the issue of staff leaving the company and taking training and system knowledge with them. We know have a collection of information for new starters or those taking the role
Good Knowledge Management system but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
As a site admin, I'd like to mention two topics:
Simplicity of administration and good interfaces with other systems in the organisation, like G-Suit, Okta.
Simplicity of administration and good interfaces with other systems in the organisation, like G-Suit, Okta.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is heavy. You pay per user per month and on top you will need extra add ons like plug in to Salesforce, improved BI system. Atlassian do not negotiate prices.
Another lowlight, there is no customer success to provide close implementation, 3rd party vendors may be required at some point,
Which is additional costs. So no sales, nor CS, that's how they work.
