Not the greatest tool
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of information can be stored inside the program from different departments and everyone can share this or create pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not easy to find and when a lot has been put into the program it becomes confusing and like a maze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is way too confusing to use and complicated to find information that you need quick as there is too much and the organization is not easy to retrieve

What do you like best about the product?
Acts as a repository for all project information. Easy to learn and navigate even for newbies. It's structure of pages is so intuitive and easy to navigate. Makes data sharing and collaboration between various teams easier. Can help in capturing literally everything for a typical work day at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login issues at times and pages snap suddenly out of nowhere, which are visible till the previous day. Makes it a bit frustrating to find login issues frequently. Also wireframes are very snappy and crash, with infinite loading and cannot edit wireframes once this issue occurs. I had to download the file from attachments, create a new page and upload the wireframe for editing it again. Happened many times with wireframes. Can be looked into making this better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Requirement gathering, linking data with Jira stories, project documentation work, creating project trees with info on various components of the project under a single branch. Easy to share links. Audit history of changes as well.
Great tool for knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate as long as it is well organized. You can use several different settings to make articles easier to navigate and read. Also, it is a good place to storage and manage knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not as intuitive as one may like. However, it is not impossible to learn by playing around with confluence a bit. However, price is a bit steep after certain amount of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is where we have all information related to onboarding new CS members. It is a great internal knowledge base that we currently use. It also can be a place to set up projects if needed.

Confluence is good Platform to have everything in documented format.
What do you like best about the product?
The are lot many options to design and document the content in a desired way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much there no cons as per my knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We configure our own product for client requirements for each and every requirement design we capture all the documentation in confluence and product related knowledge base in the confluences.

It is the best way to have documented content in the form Confluences

The customization ability for everything. Creating projects along with the parent- child pages is amazing

The user interface seems to be boring to the eyes. Could be slightly colorful.

Easy to use and able to scale across a large enterprise as easily as a startup.

An above-average productivity tool, but missing some critical features
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is seamless. Tagging teammates and commenting on pages is simple and effective. There are several templates, though I only use a few of them regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira integration leaves a lot to be desired. Searching for issues to link, and creating lists of issues via JQL is cumbersome and you are unable to customize the look and feel to my liking. I also wish there were more macros and text edition options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared documents for project management help align the team on goals, and keep everyone updated as the project progresses. It also gives us a good "home base" to store team guidelines.

Easy to use. Can link it to stories and tasks. It can also track changes to documents

Not much honestly. I love the product. I would like to bring it to where I work now.
