Confluence is a great place to collaborate in our team.
We use it for everything, right from requirement analysis to designing the architecture to creating Functional specifications for our product.
we create dashboards, epic stories, track tasks and create calendars.
It has a well-designed template for all requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike - but one suggestion, we need more features, to create graphs , status reports etc.
In terms of features, it lags from its competetor " MS share point"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First use case - Document and share across team.
Track tasks
Well integrated with JIRA
Track tasks
Well integrated with JIRA
Great way for project teams to tie user stories and requirements to Jira sprints
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and author documents for my clients to read. Once they have reviewed requirements, they can sign off and i can create Jira tickets directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to assign simple tasks to more than one person, one person as the primary accountable, but others as responsible for a task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to centrally house our functional requirements and technical documentation on one platform and tie that to development has made a huge impact
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a difference between Confluence cloud and confluence on premise installations. Sometimes I find add-ons i want to use that only work with cloud version. Just a consideration.
New Confluence user. Still exploring the features of this system.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have a new repository of data. We are slowly moving off our old knowledge bases and we are all working together to upload documentation and procedural guides on Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am still a new user, I would say I am not very much impressed with its layout. I was looking for something more aesthetically appealing to the eyes. I am not saying it's bad looking but it doesn't have that WOW factor that would captivate one's eyes, at least this is how I feel about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Confluence to be our new knowledge base repository of information. We're slowly moving to this from old systems. So far, one benefit is the ease of access and I love how it just looks very neat and organized. Whenever anyone needs to pull up information, the ease of access is really what I like. Easy to get what one needs!
My experience using Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform to centralize all our team documentation of our orpducts/projects. Ir is easier to find it and mention people to help contribute on our pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a good tool, and there is anything that I dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to centralize all our documentation of our products, and we have it linked with Jira, what makes everything easier. It is faster to find what we are looking for and it is available fo all.
Most irritating product that you can ever use with zero support
What do you like best about the product?
It's online. So no install. But the benefits end there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wondering where I can start.
The editor is the pits. Can't even get basic stuff done. The server edition had some really good functions. Plus there was the marketplace. Cloud is pathetic. When they were asked to build MVP... they built LMP. Less than minimum product
Support is non existant. We are paying customers for several years now. When there's an issue, it's such a headache to even raise a ticket.
How can you put out software that you have only community support for? Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Consider alternatives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's no ownership. It's impossible to raise an issue. How is community going to solve tech issues that Atlassian isn't even aware of?
It's not intuitive to use. Usage is low for the same reason. Hardly any benefits. It's a dump for information. That's it. If there's an issue, God help you.

Confluence one Stop to document
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and read, team members can access the confluence page easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionalities are limited, new features are lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helped me to document steps for executing some process related to my project's
Great project documentation and team collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that Confluence helps in better documenting and phrasing requirements, especially during remote work culture when there is a very high probability of information getting misinterpreted. It also helps us in arranging one on ones with team members and maintaining a record of progress, blockers, feedback and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about Confluence at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence to draft and share any tech requirements with detailed use cases and expected improvements in the retention funnels and user cohorts. The tech team can tag related folks if they have any concerns about blockers. It also helps us track the progress of our requested features. In my experience Confluence is a great way to organize tasks and projects at the workplace and it ensures there are no misses at any end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a great way for remote teams to work together on projects and helps increase team efficiency and encourages team participation.

What do you dislike about the product?
It gets bulkier and slow as the number of documents grow.
Creating graphics is not very easy.
Requires some training before starting full usage.
Searching of documents should provide some suggestions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product must try in larger teams
Team workspace at it's easiest
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is organized by pages and spaces. This allows better access among team members to any knowledge-sharing documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone is familiar with Confluence and it may take practice and time for users to get used to the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Roadmaps can be laid out with Confluence with a clear display. JIRA tickets can be seen as they have been submitted, worked on and resolved to show the progress on tasks and projects.
Perfect Documentation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has a very well-structured User Interface and I can quickly scroll to the topics which I want to read, this helps me better prepare myself before joining any meetings and asking the right questions after reading the complete workflow. We can also integrate third-party apps according to our needs as that data comes in handy while presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we integrate too many apps, data visualization becomes tough and the UI appears messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence for documenting experiments and projects undertaken by the team and creating roadmaps, timelines, expected results, hypotheses etc. I also use it very often to read the documented work of other people, it might be regarding certain old events or workflows or user journeys. It is a great tool for knowledge sharing and just like excel, it saves different versions created by different people and we can set custom notifications for documents which are of importance to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is an amazing tool that helps in introducing process and structure to team work.
