Great tool for tracking and workflow management
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is its reputation, brand presence, excellent and easy-touse UI/UX and efficient workflow management feature with which we can manage our tasks wisely, automate workflows, share files and insights and integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing documents simultaneously needs a bit of improvement, where one can see and retain his changes while the other person makes his own. The usage absed pricing, if a little lesser, could be helpful for adoption at large scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Workflow management, Task management all at one place
Benefits realized: Better efficiency, Better productivity; Higher visibility; Real-time collaboration

I am using Confluence from last 1 year and it is genuinely a good experience to use
What do you like best about the product?
The feature to use it for documentation is very useful for beginners as well as experienced to learn how to use the product and also senior developers and architects can share the best practices over there and everyone in organisation can easily learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good however the feature to search thingd over the confluence can be improved as sometimes users face some difficulty in searching the specific content that is useful for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it for reading the documents over there for Learning how the product is used and the features about it. I also use it sometimes for following the best and suggested practices for development.
Great tool to get your collaborative company documentation sorted!
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative documentation work and company wiki
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliance on third-party add-ons for many advanced features, but also for complementing and completing the functionality of some basic features. Atlassian should follow up more on reasonable requests to upgrade existing basic functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usage for reporting on various information sources in confluence quickly reaches its limits without third-party add-ons.
Confluence for training
What do you like best about the product?
Make a repository of training materials. This allows all employees to refer and learn the same material. It also allows multiple logins to edit the content. We can also enable alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is nothing. What can be improved is the look and feel and maybe the navigation page by page. Another suggestion would be e to give hyperlinks two other content are social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems companies face are to give training and store the training specific documents in some repository. That is solved by confluence. Now there is no need to go behind a person to give training but just give access to confluence and the link to access it.
Efficient team Integration toll

It really provides a platform where team members can share files data and information with one another and it real help in integrating the team together securely

It was very affective tool without much issuesbut yes the initial execution did take time something that can be avoided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team data integration, file sharing team linking it really provides a great method to interling and share impor resources among linked teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its quiet efficient tool for interlinking team
Easy to learn but difficult to master.
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily set up a team wiki with real-time multi-person collaboration and complete version history and automated changelog and diffs. Each document gets its permanent URL, and it's easy to restructure the document tree by dragging and dropping. There are not many other solutions that offer this killer combo in a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their online editing tool works fine for simple documents but not for tables, especially copying and pasting content from to and from spreadsheets. Controls for images are also limited. It takes too many steps to create templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our internal KB (for everything from onboarding to playbooks), for tracking meeting minutes and decisions, and for simple project tracking. Knowledge is unlocked via searching, linking, and sharing.
The project documentation enabled by confluence makes knowledge transfer easy

After using 6 months, i can say confluence is very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I am using confluence for 6 months along with Bitbucket and Jira and the best parts of this are:
1. Collaborative features to add documentation along with the team.
2. Commenting on particular words helps the team to be updated at every moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The part I dislike is that there is some cache issue because if I open the confluence tab in chrome after some time, it automatically loads again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solving with confluence:
1. planning and documenting all features implementation with the team.
2. making notes of every release and tracking all information.

A great content/document management platform which offers very useful integrations and add-ons
What do you like best about the product?
With Confluence, you can create a world of your own. It lets you create all sorts of content, which is helpful for reference and keeping track of multiple projects and teams. It is flexible with a lot of customizations and the integration options help you work collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel the search option is not as intuitive as it should be. Moreover, to create documents or pages there are some formatting limitations as compared to a wiki software. Also, there is no inbuilt option of adding workflows for document approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create a lot of process documents on Confluence and make use of the macros to make the document more efficient and user friendly. Overtime we also started using an add-on tool for approval workflows, which has enhanced the document management experience and helps maintain the health of all docs.
