What do you dislike about the product?
Look & feel can be better for confluence.
Swiching between tabs can be more innovative.
Sometimes changes made to pages are lost.
As there is one page many users are working on the same page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For new ideas or SOP's or Knowledge sharing Confluence is the best application to have which can remotely access by anyone.
Although it is accessible to anyone remotely access should be granted for user.

Great collaboration and documentation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence lets my team manage all documentation and collaborate effectively with multiple teams to share knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence can do slightly better in terms of bringing next-gen features for more effective collaborations. For example -- design documentation within confluence, easier db schemas etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective documentation
Seamless collaboration
Knowledge sharing
Seamless collaboration
Knowledge sharing
Using confluence for help/documentations
What do you like best about the product?
The clone feature is the best that I like most in confluence. Some other features are also lavish, like drag and drop the table, tagging the team members, and heading the paragraphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am afraid that when multiple users are editing the same document, then my changes should be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage the documentation and knowledge pages with confluence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend this to all my friends.
In house wikipedia or workapedia!
What do you like best about the product?
The web page is so beautifully created - Simple colours, easy navigation, smooth collaboration and exchange of information
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has got everything but the only thing that I can suggest is the change of UI. There are platforms in the market with modern and catchy UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I extensively used confluence when I was a full stack developer. The platform was the only and complete source of information of all the clients expectations, flows, design requirements, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using confluence if you are planning to create an internal or access driven external knowledge repository
Great knowledge hub
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is really easy to navigate and has a really low learning curve which is nice since it makes it a great tool to use to onboard new employees and to train existing employees on new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any one thing that I dislike about Confluence. I think it's only limited by the creativity of the user and otherwise it is an easy to use tool and it is very felxible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using confluence as a knowledge center so that we can make sure that we minimize the number of gaps in information for new hires and existing hires going through a new feature.
Easy to use wiki
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and that you can use macros that link to other Atlassian products
What do you dislike about the product?
The macros to link JIRA tickets can be slow to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for a cross organizational wiki.
Excellent solution for companies of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is customizable in every way. You can create sections segmented by department, roles, and so much more. Plus you can use the tool as an internal/external wiki page for your company/department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the steps to making edits and pages were a bit more simplistic. I also would love to be able to make certain entries private by department or role a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I did work for used Confluence as an internal wiki page of sorts for data and sharing information. It was very useful if we could get folks to use the platform.
Reviewing Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Confluence offers you an opportunity to have all your work in one place. I appreciate that it gives you a chance to organize your work and also allows you to create and also capture the information on any project that they are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as Confluence offers a great range of pros, it also poses a few flaws. In rare cases, you do find that your work was saved successfully, but you don't seem to find it when you do need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is a fantastic workspace where you get to create, capture, and also share information on any idea that the team is working on. It is excellent as it allows visibility for each team member, allowing for the best work to be provided. The team gets to create pages for almost anything that needs to be completed. Furthermore, you can use various templates for the information.
It's okay.. search could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates nicely with JIRA and Slack. Can be very helpful if teams organize their knowledge well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often search is lackluster, organization always varies between teams, and there aren't many quality control measures you can implement company wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge base, team bios, org charts, team SOPs all live here. Saves time in seeking information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to encourage best practices around organization of content and give guidelines and templates for certain types of docs to encourage consistency
Best Way to Explain Project Details
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use for creating detailed pages related to the project; it's fast, has many features to edit the page—so many options to import documents as external like excel tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asking to login again and again. Sometimes imported tables failing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of the complexity of explaining the project to developers and other internals. Even the person not part of the teams, thanks to confluence pages, they can easily understand how the project process works.
