What do you like best about the product?
The program also allows you to create, organize and monitor tasks, as well as comment and edit them in real time. It integrates seamlessly with other applications such as Google drive, which is widely used among employees. Being able to track files uploaded to the program is perfect, so I know who opened it and who edited it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the mobile version should be improved, because it does not have all the functions of its web version, it is only limited to the basic tools. The program is protected under a role structure that, although it protects the documents very well, makes the work difficult, since not only the documents, but also the users must be authorized. But in general terms, the program is very outstanding and every small error we have detected has been solved by the technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software so that our remote and office employees can easily find all the information they need for their daily work. We love the program because you can upload any type of files, videos, audios, documents, pdf and more, quickly. Also the hierarchical way in which all the information is organized makes it much easier to find the documents we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for all remote work teams in companies to work synchronized without problems or delays. It is ideal for remote work teams or teams with many people working on the same project. Our teams and departments work faster and more efficiently, so we are sure that any company will be happy to have this program.

It makes it easy for team in and outside my organization to collaborate on ideas in one single place.

No issues detected so far and I use Confluence on a daily basis.

Confluence is very useful for maintaining The notes and modules for a very specific environment and isthe most secure to access the permissions for the whom required to get that proper docand easy to maintain the task accordingly and can share easily

Confluence sometimes it works very slow and confusing between the pages and environments sometimes it's the best to have some kind of option touser friendly and to understand

It is more benefiting for me to open the requirements and task to perform and maintain easily in the one platform like confluence for every environment with lots of security

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is used by our team to share knowledge with other members of the team. You can keep track of topics, upload screenshots, and even export pages as PDFs. This is an excellent tool for keeping your knowledge base current and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be complex and difficult to use, making it hard to customize if you don't know HTML coding.

Just one repository for all Projetc documentation. Integration with confluence.can create doc from scratch or can pick from available templates. Easy to manage docs rather having multiple repository.

UI could have been better.

Documentation, integration with JIRA, team can easily collaborate, can have all docs of different projects at one place. Pre defined tempalets. Can act as a knowledgeable hub.

Clean and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very simple. It is easy to use and flexible for users. With the help of templates, you can create documents much faster. It allows you to share feedback, track progress, set deadlines, and organize files seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface to be very poor. Document/link uploading could be improved. Multiple users editing the same page at the same time causes it to not work.

Teamwork has improved since implementing Confluence. Our departments communicate more effectively. The exchange of files and feedback makes project management easier.
Confluence is getting outdated
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is pretty easy to use not just for users but also for administrators. I am a user as well as admin for confluence in my org. and i am telling you its very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we try to Migrate to some other services similar to confluence it takes a lot of time to just export our files no matter whether we choose HTML/PDF or XML. So if this gets improved this will help the users a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whatever documents we want to share/create across the organization it will help us and suppose we want to share some document outside it provides the feature to export as a pdf so we do not need to give the outsider the access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's Hard to migrate to Azure wiki if you want to migrate after using confluence. but we can integrate confluence with azure devops.

Sleek and simple.Can be a bit more visually enhanced.
