One of the best document and document version management tools I have seen forever.
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily manage document versions, and comment and share with others. Can import docs, best searching options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some categories document. Also sometimes problems when importing docs to confluence. It's sometimes give us unwanted search result

What do you like best about the product?
It's something like accessing a file by a group of people. I love it because all updates my pages to update everyone in my group regarding the latest product builds. I also use it to write the requirements of the features we worked on and share them with the QA team to confirm that we are in the same line.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly I don't find anything to dislike about this application personally. But I find an annoying thing when I try to edit a page, the whole page gets reloads and as a user experience, I felt that disturbs my eyes and brain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project Documentation Software
What do you like best about the product?
One of the Best things about confluence is that everyone like that is we can easily manage our documents in a proper format, that we can share or access the within the whole organization or with any specific team. just record any things and upload it once and after that, it can easily be available for all the person.it is easily integrated with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any negative things because I am using it for only KT videos and for sharing documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for making weekly videos of my task and uploading them on confluence and once the video is approved then it is available for the whole team.
Confluence is Great for Internal Knowledge but Not as an External Knowledge Base
What do you like best about the product?
Comment management and interaction with other Atlassian products like Jira. The ability to watch an article for updates and separate projects into different spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence has removed the on-prem version so it is very unfriendly for external (anonymous access) users. For example, comments cannot be removed from the menu so comments cannot be hidden, as is the case with version history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is used for all internal documentation, including design and UI and UX considerations. The search ability makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for.

Great for internal use, but requires a user account for every user.

Connected Workspace to Share information
What do you like best about the product?
It's actually a connected Workspace feature with cloud tech and I like it's real-time updates on each information and files sharing from my team mates and it helps to share my feedback as well in the same workspace where my teammate posted a notification or a document related our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't faced any flows here in confluence platform but get into the pace of confluence needs some time to get use of it at ease. Once you get to know the working structure then it's quite easy to use this platform for workspace of your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime connectivity with teammates and sharing documents and information at a central space where everyone can see and react with their instant feedbacks and any body from team can access the informations and documents shared based on their roles and access rights. It has options to create workspace for work team and on that particular workspace we can create multiple channels and can add users ( teammates ) in it and each channel can be assigned with responsibilities and access roles to share the information at ease. Content creation on this platform is also quite easy to do so to share it with whole team in a single space to know their views as well to do the progress with the tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have a lot of cloud based softwares now a days to do the file sharing and storage. This confluence is actually a connected cloud tech which creates workspace for a team and allows to create multiple channels in it to do the information sharing and getting teammates views of it to progress with the task and to share the files as well to access anytime anywhere feature.

Sometimes the search items that you are truly confident are in a document do not return results

Document important project details for easy reference by personnel. It is really influential in project retrospective particularly

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of information can be stored inside the program from different departments and everyone can share this or create pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not easy to find and when a lot has been put into the program it becomes confusing and like a maze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is way too confusing to use and complicated to find information that you need quick as there is too much and the organization is not easy to retrieve
Everyday tool for day to day work as a Business Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
Acts as a repository for all project information. Easy to learn and navigate even for newbies. It's structure of pages is so intuitive and easy to navigate. Makes data sharing and collaboration between various teams easier. Can help in capturing literally everything for a typical work day at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login issues at times and pages snap suddenly out of nowhere, which are visible till the previous day. Makes it a bit frustrating to find login issues frequently. Also wireframes are very snappy and crash, with infinite loading and cannot edit wireframes once this issue occurs. I had to download the file from attachments, create a new page and upload the wireframe for editing it again. Happened many times with wireframes. Can be looked into making this better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Requirement gathering, linking data with Jira stories, project documentation work, creating project trees with info on various components of the project under a single branch. Easy to share links. Audit history of changes as well.
Great tool for knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate as long as it is well organized. You can use several different settings to make articles easier to navigate and read. Also, it is a good place to storage and manage knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not as intuitive as one may like. However, it is not impossible to learn by playing around with confluence a bit. However, price is a bit steep after certain amount of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is where we have all information related to onboarding new CS members. It is a great internal knowledge base that we currently use. It also can be a place to set up projects if needed.
