I wish Confluence be simple like Word or Google docs when creating content.
I hope they address the editor's clunkiness: support drag and drop, and rethink advanced editing in general

We keep our documentation centralized and updated with Confluence. It serves as a central knowledge base for the entire company.
By making this information available in one place, we streamline processes and are able to find right answers faster

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider this tool for centralized documentation hosting
The great application for strengtening the teams collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the useful and quite handy interface and the amount of help and FAQ information on the online forums and resources. The interface is more intuitive than with the similar software platforms, such as Bitrix24 or Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
CVE-2021-26084 vulnerability found in Atlassian Confluence was quite disappointing, but as it is already fixed - nothing to worry about. I would like to see improvements in security and maybe provide results of international & trustworthy pentesting labs to see that everything is fine now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Confluence as a platform for changing the project ideas and information within the project teams. Perhaps, if we had used more applications from the same vendor, except Jira and Confluence - the overall usability of this combination will be even higher.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend you to try such a solution, and if it meets your needs - to try the other solutions of Atlassian as well.
Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
you can communicate with team members and stakeholders through in-line comments. When you make a decision, these comments can be easily converted into Jira issues. By integrating Confluence and Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to learn right away, Confluence is not a free application, when trying to edit while someone else is editing too you will not be able to see the changes happening in real-time that other users are implementing until they refresh their page

Updating Knowlege base and creating frequently asked questions page with a planned schedule to guarantee that any new user will be capable of following it to reach the high knowledge even without support
