Well thought through contract management solution providing eye opening insights

What do you like best about the product?
- ROI based implementation approach
- intuitive navigation
- continuous and customer-centric enhancements
What do you dislike about the product?
- UI language translations should be proofread by native speakers but since this can be adjusted/improved on the fly during the implementation project it is only a minor topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- primary intention was to track contract change requests and implications on invoices.
- invoice deviations were shown accurately and could be resolved immediately with the concerned providers based on the single source of truth approach.
- significantly less manual effort is needed to manage multiple contracts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Challenge different providers during the RfP phase with ad-hoc document analysis, and you may see significant differences in capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success and Relationship team/contacts are very knowledgeable of the tool and its possibilities and limits. They are very focused on the client being able to maximize the benefits of the Sirion tool. The team is always very available throughout the pre and implementation process as well as post. Support is provided for the users to understand all the modules and how each links and can help solve current manual efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows could be simpler with less steps for the non-Managed services clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating some manual reporting that currently exists. It is also simplifying some processing and allowing to have an easier view into some areas of our supplier relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
The key business benefits that SirionOne delivers to us are:
• All contracts under an easily traversable supplier hierarchy
• Transparency on obligations and obligation management across our strategic supplier base.
• Ability to check invoice against pricing, consumption, with system calculated discrepancy amounts.
• Tracking governance body meetings, related actions, and issues for resolution.
• Great BI dashboards that also allows drill-down to underlying data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite extensive and requires some time and effort for familiarization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Visibility and control over contract tracking
2. Easy-to-use interface and dashboard that delivers information for faster critical decisions making.

What do you like best about the product?
Sirion is a great tool with lots of capabilities. The group was responsive each time we had a need or concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many buttons to go through to submit a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the lifecycle of a Contract and template use.

What do you like best about the product?
A streamlined and insightful management of contracts, allowing better structure and flow in the contract management.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not careful the flows could end up being too complex. Keep in mind user experience/value creation versus what the actual needs are of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase insights and risks in contract, decrease adminstrative work around contracts. At present time the project has not yet been finalised but an early evaluation points at more value from data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementing a platform such as Sirion is also a good way of rethinking your internal processes instead of adding up complexity. Allowing time in the project for internal optimisation and alignment of internal processes will be a good investment. Also consider poor data quality or lack of clean data will take some time internally to take care of.

What do you like best about the product?
Sirion will be a great tool to manage vendor relationships, from intake to vendor management. The focus on the entire management process beyond signature was appealing to our business partners, while the contract review, library, and AI features were appealing to our contract review staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a big lift, and it might take our firm and teams some time to grow into all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan to solve vendor management issues such as tracking various contract provisions and termination dates. We also intend to solve efficiency issues and provide reporting concerning the contract review process.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard views to monitor the status of obligations, the automated workflows to facilitate obligations, and the weekly notification alerts and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a powerful and robust tool. User adoption in terms of ease of use. There's a learning curve getting familiar with the tool and understanding how to get the most out of all the available functionality.

The Sirion tool provides an end to end solution for managing the vendor management framework.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and professional timely support.
Dashboads and reports set up that allow for quick clear, at-a glance, display of detailed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, the interface is intuitive and supports our daily activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Sirion, we have been able to ensure service delivery according to the agreements, reduce spend leakage as well as work with our suppliers to ensure that the services being delivered meet our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contract manager, I like the feature that allows me to view the full scope of upcoming and outstanding deliverables for every contract. All that information is readily available, and I can drill down to the specific deliverable and check with stakeholders on its status without ever leaving the tool to communicate directly to each person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool provides some tremendous operational dashboard reporting; the tool could have more robust senior-level dashboard reporting or perhaps some direct integration with Power BI or a similar tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contract management tool allowed us to automate and evolve the contract management services within our organization. The more contracts we can manage, the more controls and checks we have to mitigate risk and avoid billing leakage.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all the contract obligations in one place and in easy way, the felixibility of the tool is a big plus, also great customer support - SirionLabs has been a great partner for us during and post implementation. The support team has been responsive and never kept us waiting on our support requests. With such a complex implementation spanning users from various departments, we constantly relied on the SirionLabs team to help resolve teething issues. The robust escalation matrix with the top management also getting involved wherever needed and the commitment they showed towards solving all our issues as quickly as possible has been one of the main reasons in making this project a success for us. We have enjoyed working with them and would be happy to do so again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took quite some time to get the whole team to understand the tool and start using it.
