This platform helped take our fundraising to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is under one platform-email communication, text communication, and fundraising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional costs for big events.having to pay an additional fee, above and beyond the yearly fee is challenging for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all fundraising under one umbrella.
We've loved this platform since we began using it in 2018.

a huge database that can answer most questions, and if not, swift and friendly technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the fact that we can't access our page. Mostly it isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy interface between donor data management and communication of all types.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having my database, emails, fudnrasing pages and auctions all in one spot. A great way to get a holistic look at donor base. I really appreciate all of hte eucational webinars--I learn so much from them. I also appreciate the prompt cuotmer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the transiotn to Bonterra holds so much potential for added features and insights, however it has a been a bit confusing on the backend in terms of updating banking info with multiple new partners. I still am unsure who all I work with now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bonterra Guided Fundraising helps our rganization meet all of our fundraising and donor management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization doesn't have a dedicated fundraising specialist or Development Director, so our admin and assistants appreciate the guided part and ease of implementation. We have an annual fundraising plan to follow and Bonterra's cues reinforce that we are doing it right, improves our frequency of use, or helps give us ideas for how we might expand or improve upon what we are doing to expand our reach or improve our final results. The onboarding and customer support have helped along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still getting used to the additional suite of features now available, and we have been happy to see improvements to auction functionality and better cross-information features between the CRM features and the auction functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tracked donors and donations on spreadsheets so we needed multiple updates to keep our records accurrate. It's great to have one platform to do the CRM, auction, events, and online communications as well as prepping mailings.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use. I find the format uncluttered and direct, which makes it easy for our designated BOD members to utilize as well without a lot of training. I use Bonterra daily. The customer support has been very prompt and helpful. I use most of the features, I especially enjoy the ability to send emails to specific donor groups. I also found the coaching extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a bit of a snag uploading our original data from LGL. The second try did the job, but I still occasionally find errors. It isn't a big deal, though, easy to fix. The only other downside is the cost, which is really just a bit too much for our small non-profit. We are continuing with Bonterra, though, because we will hopefully maximize our fundraising efforts easily with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made digital communication very easy. Also, it allows our Board members to have access to some information to aid them in their peer-to-peer campaigns.
The Funding Coach I use is exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Keep it simple. If you are looking at Bonterra Guided Fundraising, you are looking for an organization that provides results. The results, for our organization, comes from our relationship with our Fundraising Coach. Our organization (Five Rivers Cooperative) has a small staff. We needed a coach that could quickly get our team up to speed regarding fundraising. Bonterra provides excellent tools, but again our coach took our team to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside, it's difficult to reach our coach on days other than scheduled. Bonterra needs to allow coaches to work more fluidly with their clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Bonterra, we really had no coordinated fundraising program.
A great comprehensive donor management and fundraising platform
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is more than just donor management but also a complete fundraisign platform is the the most beneficial. It's like a 2 for 1! The fundraising guides and help articles are also beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auction function is a separate fee and the contact information is uploaded separately. While those that donate in-kind items for the auction are included in the data transfer, the value of the item is not and therefore we have to go in to every one and add the value to each one.
Also the cost is just at the threshold of being too high for smaller organizations. The value for all you get is good but takes some real convincing for those with the organizational purse strings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collect donations on-line, track donor giving and respond to donors is the most important. When launching annual giving campaigns, having all the tools at our disposal makes campaigns less complicated and easier to implement.
Great product that works with the customer
What do you like best about the product?
Bonterra Guided Fundraising has supported our organization with a reliable donor software. I appreciate the training opportunties and quick turnaround from the help desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not run into any issues with this software that has not been handled immediately.

Tracking donors appropriately with tasks. Keeping records electronically with the ability to work in notes.
Great Donor Database
What do you like best about the product?
This is our catch-all for most of our donor relationship engagement tools. It is comprehensive and fairly adaptable to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting individuals to households and merging their donations into a household view would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting donors with communities and filtering and focusing outreach to specific member demographics.
Cool Comprehensive Fundraising
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Bonterra (Network for Good) so cool is the collaboration of data management and fundraising tools. All of which can be held in one account with features the enable external and internal communications. Can't beat that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Where Bonterra (Network for Good) could be better is with updating the online help modules which sometimes don't allow for common-sense mistakes that the average person is destined to make. Then gettign help with the chat feature is very challenging depending upon the time of day you may need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found the donor management piece to be the most helpful and it's integration with Quick Books online.
