SUCCESSFUL! The donor management software has been a dream for emails, and has paid for itself!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used this guided fundraising for a year now and have more than doubled our donor base and donations. It has been easy to use and a great investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not dislike anything, because we are able to work at our own pace and get support when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in managing donors as well as giving us an expedient way to send our appreciation immediately rather than when donations are deposited.

What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good has helped us streamline our process for thanking donors and for staying in touch with them using various types of media. I also appreciate very much the support offered. Anytime I have a question, the answer is at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time consuming to get up to speed with using the many resources provided, but once that is done, it saves time keeping track of all donations and making sure that donors are recognized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track and maintain contact with donors. It also helps us with updating contact information according to USPS standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that their customer support is so on top of it! They are quite helpful when I need immediate support, but I do find that sometimes they can't help since the system set up is out of their control.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as user-friendly as it needs to be. There are a lot of great suggestions in the forums that haven't been implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps a list of all our donors, helps us run campaigns, and organizes our contacts into folks we can send email blasts to.

Their customer service doesn't care about non-profit who haven't raised any funds yet.

It hasn't solve any problem so far. there were some challenges.
A wonderful fundraising platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple this platform is to use, it is simple to use the campaign features as well as the communication options. I also find it is easy to explore data around donors, giving patterns, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaints I have is that in the video option you have to record a video directly in the platform and it doesn't include subtitles, so this is not fully accessible for all donors.

It is a system that can include all of our donor data and communication in one easy to use place.
A great resource for RocDog
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about the software has been great. Being a newer Non-Profit the software really help put us on the map. It really helped us be more professional and consistant with our message to the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being completely cloud based has concerns for me. If servers go down, we are dead. Local backup and ability to work offline in an emergancy would make me more comfortable.

We purchased NFG very early on in our process, so nothing to really solve.
Flexible donor management
What do you like best about the product?
There is a ton of functionality, and there are great customization options. Using this system has definitely given us more transparency and better data when it comes to donor and donation management.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many options, it can be time consuming to get set up.

It is easier than ever to see our donors and their donation histories.

This product helped our organization roll out campaigns, track and build a client database with ease. Great customer response.

Not able to create invoices. First attempt of integration was difficult. After a few trial & errors, it then became pretty simple,

Communicating with our members with a professional look. We are able to use the donor database and no longer use spreadsheets.
Efficient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that donors are automatically added to Bomterra when they donate from our campaigns. Campaigns are effortless to create and are well done! Creating tax letters are a perfect way to end the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I struggle with is how to add our letterhead to the tax letters. I do feel adding donors to the tax letter is not the easiest task to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Bonterra holds all of my donors are in one database. Easily accessible, I am able to utilize the donor information at my fingertips! Tax letters are no longer a dread for me. I love to have everything in one place verses may spreadsheets for different campaigns.

Constiuant Management and Communication
What do you like best about the product?
We use the Commuication tools multiple times a week. We love the segemation it provides and the capability of texting, sharing videos and capability of mutliple links in one email. Constituant management database is great and can export any report you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fundraising platform is ok for small events/ticket events. We have moved to another platform for our Day of Giving and other major events to have more functionality.

We have all our donors in one place and can communicate with them through the platform using multiple tools - email, text, video, linked pictures.
