What do you like best about the product?
Our Personal Fundraising Coach is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've sometimes had trouble finding data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG solves donor data for us. It is hugely important in building relationships. Keeping track of that is much less time consuming then doing it myself.

What do you like best about the product?
Tech support is awesome. There are several types of tech support--phone, chat, email and office hours. Love this and they have always gotten me unstuck quickly. We love the forms that we can create and link to our website. Giving pages, data management, all great for our small nonprofit! Also, love that we can create newsletters and communication easily that look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most challenging has been that we can't change the verbiage on the giving pages from "donation" to "payment". That has been confusing for some of our donors who are paying for a camp registration or ticket and it says they are making a donation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup we had maxed out our excel spreadsheets and needed a cost effective, crm that did donor management and communication with support. Network for good wa a perfect for us. It was affordable and the coaching helped us to gain momentum in fundraising, and organizational structure that we needed so badly.

Love how NFG incorporates donor management, CRM, and communications all in one!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates are a but basic and you have to really work to make them look polished and quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG primarily serves our organization as a communication, and donor management tool.

Network for Good helps us to keep records of our Donors, Volunteers, and recipients of our quarterly newsletter.

So far, we have not found a down side to using NFG.

Anytime we have an issue, NFG will help us solve it.

I like the meetings and the information we have learned.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigating the system as well as the helpfulness of our personal coach in answering specific questions about issues and concerns that we have, The ease of schedulind meetings with my coach is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to both current and lapsed donors through mail and e-mail.
Once you get used to it, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having a dashboard that is easily navigated to help you accomplish the task at hand. The report function is very helpful - once you understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of human support and the long list of articles you are expected to read to solve the problem. Many times, I don't have the time to read several articles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are upgrading their events/ticketing package. When initially using it, their free version was not enough, but their paid version was too much. They are improving it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and works well with our website. Customer service is top notch and always willing to help when we have a problem. I like their news tips on how to cultivate donors and other fund development tips
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could indicate if a donation came from husband or wife and make thank you letter to appropriate person. Would like to be able to upload 2 pictures one for each person and be able to input birthdays, emails etc for both husband and wife. I don't like having to create 2 different files.

keeping up with donors and overall giving. being able to add notes about the donor and a picture of the donor
A Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track donations and acknowledgments is a great asset. Also, having a built-in customizable email client is a convenient way to stay in contact with our participants, donors, and other stakeholders of our organization. The assistance from the support team is also top-notch. They are accommodating and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more flexible options on the campaign pages. An opportunity to view changes before publishing a campaign would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing donor and participant information and having all pertinent information in one area has been highly beneficial. Creating separate groups, campaigns and designations has also been of great use.
NFG makes things easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one place: I can make multiple fundraising campaigns, I'm able to record all the information about my donors and attendees and see their participation progress, I can create a beautiful newsletter, and it makes it super easy to send end of year donor receipts. I also like the drop-in office hours to ask questions and the different ways of support it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were free! There are many behind-the-scenes costs of running a non-profit and few grants covering operational expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us organized and streamlines all of information. Saves us a lot of time. It helps us communicate to our audience in fun ways. We have been able to increase our audience and keep track of everyone.
