We love Network for Good!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Network for Good offers donor management, communication, and fundraising capabilities all in one! Their staff and support are so helpful and the software is user-friendly! We are so thankful for Network for Good!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my only complaints is that there are a few features that MailChimp can do that Network for Good is not (i.e. e-mail automations). However, that's our only real complaint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good covers our bases for Donor Management, Fundraising, Nonprofit CRM, and Nonprofit Gateway. We also love the donor communications tools and that we can send our end of year give letters through the software! It really is all-inclusive!
Network for Good has helpful webinars and allows you to fundraise without fees on Facebook
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Network for Good empowers organizations to fundraise without fees on Facebook. I also like that you can set up direct deposit for these donations. Apart from Facebook, you can do online fundraising and donor management. You can also host events. Lastly, I like that they regularly offer helpful webinars on topics such as grants, donor acquisition, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you must use Network for Good in order to fundraise on Facebook. We should be able to use our Facebook account. Further, when you fundraise on Facebook you cannot track your donations the way you can when you fundraise directly on Network for Good. This is confusing and frustrating. Lastly, some of their webinars feel more like sales pitches than education. We have switched to GiveButter because they better integrate with our website, they have more options for peer-to-peer fundraising, and their fees are lower. We still use Network For Good for Facebook fundraisers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good empowers us to fundraise online and on Facebook directly. They also allow us to track our donations and complete donor management all on one platform.
The Best Donor Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
We thought specific features were very important to help our fundraising goals. Texting functionality was the main one for VHF. Network for Good is intuitive and robust, with features
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is that the size of the graphics sent via texting is minimal. YOu can send only small-size images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Network for Good, we used other donor management software that was very average and limited in functionality. Since we obtained Network for Good for our fundraising, Newsletters, and other email communication, we have seen an increase in donations, and donors are more engaged.
Ideal fundraising and donor management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Creating fundraising campaigns is easy and there are opportunities to view successful campaigns as models. Writing and sending thank you letters to donors is also simplified. It has more than paid for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downsides. Everything has met expectations. I have trouble making time to learn all the ways I could use NFG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a spreadsheet with donor names and amounts of donations. It was cumbersome. This is so much easier.
Network for Good is Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is an affordable fundraising and communication solution. The all-in-one database is exceptionally user-friendly, with numerous tools to assist us in meeting our fundraising goals and effectively communicating with our supporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network for Good currently does not provide a tool for effectively tracking grant deadlines throughout the life cycle. More automation solutions to improve fundraising efforts and donor stewardship would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hugely beneficial to capture and store donor information in one place, so we do not have to work from multiple spreadsheets. Network for Good also offers easy ways to connect with our supporters, which we have begun to utilize more and have seen an increase in engagement and donor retention.
Network for Good donation software is easy to use and the accessibility of people to help is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send videos to our donors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey, but by working hard we hope to increase our donations to make up for the cost. It does take time and effort to get your information input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good allows us access to our donors in an easy-to-use format and in a way that catches our donor's attention. It is fun to see their responses.
Easy-to-Use Donor Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so easy to use that we don't need extensive training or employees dedicated to managing it. There are just two of us dealing with fundraising and donors, and we both do so much more, so we can't afford to waste time on complicated systems that are hard to manage. Network for Good's customer service and help chat system continually improve, making the platform even more valuable to our small nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I dislike, but I'm told it might be changed. The monthly donation report we automatically get does not indicate whether the donor paid the transaction fee. Not much to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is a lack of time. The ease of use goes a long way toward solving that, allowing us to focus on other, more critical issues.
It is so easy to use and has everything you need all together.
What do you like best about the product?
You can sort donors by many filters to get good information
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything we do not like at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send a mail from network for good and see how many people have opened and then be able to send again to those who have not.
Network for Good-Staff and Services that Make Your Nonprofit Money with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my questions can be answered quickly. Whether it be online help articles, webinars, training, messaging with staff, or quick phone calls, I know I can rely on Network for Good to communicate with me effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the data import process could be improved with less mistakes on the Network for Good staff end importing contacts and improved instructions for nonprofits to import contacts on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is making it easier for me to connect with donors and members of my organization through video thank you's, email blasts, and easy to run fundraising campaigns.
Powerful tools at my fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about the Network for Good platform is that my donor information, financials, and communications are seamlessly tied together.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could make one improvement, it is for the email creation tool to have more options and an ability to layer information more creatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization had donor and donation information across multiple computers, spreadsheets, and users. Network for Good allows us to centralize all our data in one area for all users to access at appropriate levels of engagement.
