Great experience with NFG
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigating the system as well as the helpfulness of our personal coach in answering specific questions about issues and concerns that we have, The ease of schedulind meetings with my coach is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to both current and lapsed donors through mail and e-mail.
Once you get used to it, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having a dashboard that is easily navigated to help you accomplish the task at hand. The report function is very helpful - once you understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of human support and the long list of articles you are expected to read to solve the problem. Many times, I don't have the time to read several articles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are upgrading their events/ticketing package. When initially using it, their free version was not enough, but their paid version was too much. They are improving it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and works well with our website. Customer service is top notch and always willing to help when we have a problem. I like their news tips on how to cultivate donors and other fund development tips
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could indicate if a donation came from husband or wife and make thank you letter to appropriate person. Would like to be able to upload 2 pictures one for each person and be able to input birthdays, emails etc for both husband and wife. I don't like having to create 2 different files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping up with donors and overall giving. being able to add notes about the donor and a picture of the donor
A Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track donations and acknowledgments is a great asset. Also, having a built-in customizable email client is a convenient way to stay in contact with our participants, donors, and other stakeholders of our organization. The assistance from the support team is also top-notch. They are accommodating and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more flexible options on the campaign pages. An opportunity to view changes before publishing a campaign would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing donor and participant information and having all pertinent information in one area has been highly beneficial. Creating separate groups, campaigns and designations has also been of great use.
NFG makes things easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one place: I can make multiple fundraising campaigns, I'm able to record all the information about my donors and attendees and see their participation progress, I can create a beautiful newsletter, and it makes it super easy to send end of year donor receipts. I also like the drop-in office hours to ask questions and the different ways of support it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were free! There are many behind-the-scenes costs of running a non-profit and few grants covering operational expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us organized and streamlines all of information. Saves us a lot of time. It helps us communicate to our audience in fun ways. We have been able to increase our audience and keep track of everyone.
We have experienced better than good from Network for Good!
What do you like best about the product?
What we like best is the ability to communicate with our donors, track donations and communication. A tool we like is sending announcements, texts and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is just okay to log in separately for the information from distributions. It would be better to have one secure login for all business with Network for Good

Network for Good was helpful when we needed to reach out to our entire organization when our regular source of communication was down for several days. They were there for us!
Very easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small grassroots organization, and this system was the easiest for us to use after unsuccessfully using and failing other programs

There is really not much I dislike about using Network for Good.

It helps us to stay in touch with our donors and keep track of it. It is also very easy to use for e-blasts.
Great resource for a great price!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good has a plethora of amazing features that help to streamline nonprofit donor management. It is easy to learn and is very user friendly. Network for Good makes it easy to track donations and donor information; send direct mail, texts, and emails; view historical data; manage donor profiles and recurring donations; and pull various reports related to donations and donors. Network for Good also continues to roll out new features that assist nonprofits with donor and donation management. Network for Good is a great resource for nonprofits and at a price that is much lower than other donor management software products!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about Network for Good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is allowing us to easily have access to donor information and donation history. It allows for easy access to communicating with donors. Network for Good also allows for easy processing of credit card donations. The reporting features are also a great benefit for our organization as are the filter functions and group functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Network for Good offers donor management, communication, and fundraising capabilities all in one! Their staff and support are so helpful and the software is user-friendly! We are so thankful for Network for Good!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my only complaints is that there are a few features that MailChimp can do that Network for Good is not (i.e. e-mail automations). However, that's our only real complaint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good covers our bases for Donor Management, Fundraising, Nonprofit CRM, and Nonprofit Gateway. We also love the donor communications tools and that we can send our end of year give letters through the software! It really is all-inclusive!
Network for Good has helpful webinars and allows you to fundraise without fees on Facebook
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Network for Good empowers organizations to fundraise without fees on Facebook. I also like that you can set up direct deposit for these donations. Apart from Facebook, you can do online fundraising and donor management. You can also host events. Lastly, I like that they regularly offer helpful webinars on topics such as grants, donor acquisition, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you must use Network for Good in order to fundraise on Facebook. We should be able to use our Facebook account. Further, when you fundraise on Facebook you cannot track your donations the way you can when you fundraise directly on Network for Good. This is confusing and frustrating. Lastly, some of their webinars feel more like sales pitches than education. We have switched to GiveButter because they better integrate with our website, they have more options for peer-to-peer fundraising, and their fees are lower. We still use Network For Good for Facebook fundraisers.

Network for Good empowers us to fundraise online and on Facebook directly. They also allow us to track our donations and complete donor management all on one platform.
