Doing less work and making gains
What do you like best about the product?
I love having accurate information about each donor. I also love gaining new people to add to our database
What do you dislike about the product?
I will need to stay with Eventbrite. I was hoping to do everything with one program and not need multiple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is helping me see the patterns in giving. I can see who gives and when more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a cost-effective way to do fundraising and keep track of donors and donor history. Very user-friendly and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a director I don't use this software as much as my development staff, but as a director casually logging in and checking in it's very streamlined and easy for quick checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a good donor database that keeps contact info and donor history.

What do you like best about the product?
The donor system is user friendly. Once you learn how it "thinks" you can figure most things out. Lots of great tutorials and if that doesn't do it you can easily reach help by phone or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had understood data migration better before I migrated over. I would have like to have more fields included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of alumni and donors is much easier with this data management system. I am still learning more uses.
The Only Network for Really Good Donations
What do you like best about the product?
There are many online applications telling you how they can help your organization. Network For Good stand out above for their Custimer Service, ease of use, and their ability to stand with you in making everything work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any down sides dealing with the company. They are always available to assist with any questions we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG has provided us a stable platform for direct donations to our non-profit organization. Their customer designed easy to handle donation platform and ease of use make it an enjoyable site for our donors.
Network for Good changed everything!
What do you like best about the product?
Finally a place everything can be stored... donor emails, email marketing, fundraising totals, helpful resources!
What do you dislike about the product?
The login screen is pretty slow - but if that is the worst thing then it is well worth it!

Presents our donors and audience a seamless and professional looking way to donate to our non-profit.

What do you like best about the product?
Thank you notes are easy to create and print.
What do you dislike about the product?
Households and deceased people can't be easily tracked l. This is essential to good stewardship.

Tracking donations, easy thank you letters

What do you like best about the product?
The platform includes a function that helps with every aspect of my organization. I'm also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to listen to customer feedback to always keep improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a couple of hiccups with the Silent Auction feature, but training sessions and videos are helping us work through the issues. There are also some additional options that I would like to see a part of the Events feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is MUCH more user-friendly than the previous system we were using. It is more visually easy to follow and allows for more attractive communications to be distributed.
With Ease!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that you can do almost everything related to donors/fundraising in one platform. Before NFG, we used four different platforms which caused major confusion and so much extra work! We are able to complete all of our tasks in one spot, with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have only been with NFG for a few short months, we haven't found many flaws yet! We're hoping we don't find any, but in the event we do, I'm sure there are other ways to reach the outcome we'd like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging problem I faced when receiving this promotion was finding a way to make my job easier. Fing NFG helped eliminate problems we were having within our organization about donor management.
New User
What do you like best about the product?
NFG is easy to navigate and has many only resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new hire to the nonprofit, I was disappointed that I was not offered an in-person onboarding session even though no one else had used that resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG allowed us to have a robust CRM for the first time. Communicating with donors via email or text is simple and easy. Donation tracking is easy to understand.
Trouble getting paid
What do you like best about the product?
Donor management. It flagged donors who need thanking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting paid once a month by check. A check was lost in the mail. Network for Good said they would not replace it for 90 days. Our event was in 60 days! We raised the money to have that event, which was now in jeopardy because we could not get our OUR MONEY. We had to jump through multiple hoops to get our own money. Barely make it in time to save the event. 90 days from when the original should have arrived. Then, they delayed subsequent checks! WE COULD NOT GET THE MONEY WE RAISED! This policy could destroy a small non-profit and certainly hurt us.
