Excellent Donor Management and Learning Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The support. There is someone to talk to through every step of the process. From setting up your data, to using all the features - you always have someone to assist if you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest I haven't found anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see trends we couldn't before with our previous donor tracking method. We are also using quite regularly the connections module for sending email blasts and letters. It has been a wonderful tool we didn't know we needed.
The people at NetworkforGood are extremely attentive and polite.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the constant communication. They answer right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything I do not like about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our donor retention outreach. The program makes it easier for us to be able to create content for donor outreach.

To be patient and trust the process.

I wish I could see my NFG coach everyday!

NFG makes it simple to expand our donor database and track gifts. The coaching is helping me overcome fundraising hurdles that I experience as a Black female nonprofit executive.

This platform definitely has the capacity to facilitate #Growth!
Network for Good an Excellent Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good does an excellent job of teaching the art of fundraising and get you on the right track for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to get QR codes for our fundraising page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fundraising is a very intimidating task and NFG makes it easier to comprehend and perform.
Network For Good
What do you like best about the product?
My organization is small, but mighty and with the help of Network For Good we have been able to increase our reach, maximize out audiences, and keep track of our donor base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint i have, is that i didn't find Network for Good sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem I've been able to solve truly is that we have one place to look for trends. Nonprofits DEPEND on donors... and Network For Good is a great tool to help us keep them engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend working through the onboarding process with one of the ladies on staff. It's great to have their support from the very beginning
Solid Fundraising Platform
What do you like best about the product?
NFG is exceptional when it comes to the best communication options for fundraising and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
NFG's donor database setup and capabilities are behind even basic software options. While it is a user-friendly system, the standard fields, options, and canned reports could definitely be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize the platform for all fundraising, communications via newsletters (email), forms/requests, and events. We have been able to adapt the customizable donor fields to track our program and awareness events, which is not fundraising. We were able to use this platform in place of Constant Contact with better results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are switching from a previous system (not excel spreadsheets), migration can be more complicated. Be prepared.
Supportive operation
What do you like best about the product?
The support of the Network for Good staff has been fantastic. Tom Gidden is exceptionally helpful. He leads with a light touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing sticks out as negative. I have never had a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a database has been worthwhile. Leading us through a fundraising campaign was very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the different donor communication options. My donors respond well to the videos I record specifically for them. They are able to view them on their phones via email or text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a revamp of the email blast communication. It lacks options and is more difficult to build and implement eye-catching templates than some other systems I have reviewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will shout from the rooftops the communications options provided are vital. I can communicate more efficiently than ever before. Donor engagement has increased since we started with Network for Good.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the communication offerings, such as email blasts, texts, direct mail, and especially so the personal video option for donors. Fantastic tools available!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that reporting function is difficult to manage. There is a bit of a learning curve.

Being more strategic with our donor cultivation and management has improved with Network for Good. I also like the management system of the fundraising campaigns as well.
One of the Best donation management systems
What do you like best about the product?
There are features for everything you need to manage the donors, from campaign design to emailers and more. Network for good is the one-stop solution for any nonprofits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the things work for me. Maybe there can be more features and templates for newsletters. Also if there can be videos on the usage of the product it will help people with no experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Network for good for donor management and to raise funds for our organization. We feel that the backend is organized well, and it's easy to use for anyone.
